D&S took two months of stalling around to partially complete what was originally only a two day job. After two months we received a demand for a Progress Payment of 3/4 of the beginning quote. We had initially agreed to pay in full on completion of the job, but D&S suddenly refused to finish the work unless they got the progress payment up front. When we questioned D&S about this, Shawn Drew, the owner, became angry, rude, and abusive. At this point, they had stalled us so many times we weren't sure whether they would ever finish the job. They had left a huge hole in one of the walls while installing a cadet heater, but D&S is not taking responsibility for this either. It was a bad experience and a bad ending. Mr. Drew has no customer service skills at all and frankly, after the state he left his work in, I don't even know if he's a good electrician.
Description of Work: We hired D&S to do some electrical work at our residential rental property. D&S was to put in an additional electrical panel, install a few receptacles, and wire in two new cadet heaters.
