They worked all day (9 am until after 5 pm)and were careful and more than willing to accommodate any special request. They clearly care about their reputation! We couldn't have been more pleased. We will definitely call them again.

They automatically charged us $20 for the plastic they laid down, which they didn't even tell me that they would charge me, or I would have provided my own.

I would use Willamette Valley Moving again and highly recommend this company. I found this company on Angie's list and the inputs of others is the reason why I tried them.

The first time I had Brian, Ryan and Daric. The second time I had Ryan, Daric and Connor. Both times they were very efficient, fast, and respectful. They were early both times and worked very hard. I was very happy with the move and will recommend them to everyone I know.

The employees were right on time. They were quick, efficient and careful with our personal belongings. Both guys were very friendly and funny! They cost of the move was extremely reasonable. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Excellent team (Ryan and Darrell). We enjoyed their smiles, jokes, and especially the hard work! They were practically running for 6 hours and did so with a great attitude and great skill. I would recommend this team to anyone.

The movers were extremely professional, efficient, and worked as a team to make sure nothing was damaged. The move was so fast, I was totally shocked. We are new to the area and they made it so easy for us.

I was very pleased. Ryan and Brian were at the storage unit 15 minutes before the appointment, they were clean cut and neatly dressed-friendly and funny. The got our storage stuff moved out in record time and they supplied furniture pads, unlike the company that moved us from Salem several months before and told me I had to supply them. When we got to our new house in SE Portland Ryan and Brian rolled out heavy pads to protect the floor-also unlike the Salem movers that necessitated carpet clean-up when they finished. The next week was the move of the furniture in our rented town house and again out came the pads and furniture protectors. At one point I came into a room unexpectedly and over heard Ryan admonishing his moving partner to ''lift, don't slide..'' our dresser over our hardwood floors. The cost was reasonable, the movers clean, neat and very careful of both our furniture and our floors and walls. Most of all I appreciated their clean-cut, neat appearance and courtesy.

Excellent service. I actually overslept the morning of the move and was 15 minutes late to meet them at my house. They were courteous and polite, no damage was done to anything, they were careful with all my belongings. They sent a two man crew for $85/hr. There was a 5% discount for paying cash. They hustled the whole time and toward the last hour were actually running things into my new house. They charged 20 or 30 minutes for travel time. Would definately recommend again, great service and price.

On the moving day, three extremely nice men showed up on time and started to work as soon as the got there. They worked non-stop with the exception of a couple breaks until their truck was packed to the brim. Very professional and helpful. They took great care to protect all the furniture and breakables. There was no damage to anything. Once they arrived at our destination, they began immediately to unload the truck. They worked so fast, it was hard to keep up with them. Overall, they did a fantastic job for a very good price and would use them again in a minute.

The three men were on time, polite, and very pleasant. This move took place on the hottest day of the year--104 degrees! They actually ran between loads to the elevator! They wanted to keep the costs down because we were paying by the hour, which we appreciated. One item, a very heavy iron antique coat/hat rack disappeared from the loading area at sometime during the move, a loss we are being compensated for by Roger Campbell, the owner of Willamette Valley Moving. Construction activity in the building probably has something to do with the loss. The packers ran out of packing paper toward the end of packing dishes and had to use newspaper instead, which was not the best. This move involved use of elevators, always a cause of delay, and dealing with extreme heat. Considering all that we felt this company performed extremely well and plan to use them again.

They were on time, professional, hard working, and competent.

The move was excellent! Three men worked very hard and were on time, courteous and careful of not damaging the furniture. One small scratch occurred on a bedroom piece, but they compensated me for that on the spot. Brian and John and another employee worked very hard and did an exemplary job. I would recommend them to anyone and certainly use them again, if ever I move again.

These guys arrived early, hit the ground running and hustled through the job. They were running the whole time. There was no damage to either house when they finished. I am so glad I gave Willamette Valley Moving a call. I had to reschedule multiple times due to problems with the buyer of my home. Roger always accommodated me. The cost of the job was very reasonable. If I had rented a truck plus other moving equipment I wouldn't have saved any money. At the end I would have been exhausted. Moving is stressful enough. These guys made it a lot less stressful.

Called them after reading the great reviews, but decided not to go with them because the guy answering the phone was rude and unhelpful. My feeling, if you can't provide customer service over the phone, you can't provide it in person either. ($800.00).

Both Roger and Steve Campbell were extremely responsive and nice especially given the fact that I had to reschedule 2X as the hardwood refinishers kept pushing back their completion date! The two men who actually moved our furniture, Ryan and Chris, were very polite and did an excellent job. We will hire them again when we move!

Rick and Harlan showed up on time. The boxes were the fist to be loaded and they stack these really fast. Most of my furniture was wrapped in saran wrap (charged $5) and then covered with padding in the truck. They knew there stuff and were careful with the furniture. The total time to load, drive and unload was roughly 2.6 hrs...the co does charge an extra moving time of 15min so it rounded to 3hrs. Overall I was very happy with the move.

We were pleased with the experience. They were supposed to be at our house at 9:00, they did call ahead to let us know they were running about 15 minutes late, which we appreciated a great deal. The movers were efficient and friendly. There were only a couple minor slipups. The first was they did not know how to hook-up our clothes dryer, which surprised us as we were told they could hook all appliances up. The second was they accidentally left with the screws to our son's crib in their pocket. Once we called the company on the problem, the screws were driven back to us within 30 minutes of reporting the issue.

Job 1: No comments from mbr. Job 2: This is my second experience with Willamette Valley Moving. Dan and Ryan arrived within 10 minutes of the appointed time and started loading the truck immediately. They worked very quickly and carefully. They wrapped and padded the furniture. At the house they put down mats to protect the floors. They placed everything right where we asked, including carrying our heaviest pieces upstairs. There was no damage to my furniture, floors, or walls. They completed the work in 4 hours while taking only one 5 minute break. These are the hardest working guys I've ever seen. I was completely happy with their work and the price was a real bargain.

The overall experience wasn't as good as I had hoped from all of the references on angies list. It was OK, only one piece of furniture was damaged. One of the two movers that showed up was pretty slow in comparison to the second mover. They also overcharged me by 15 minutes. Not a big deal, but still.

The movers were great! Rick and Derek were very professional and friendly. They worked quickly on shrink wrapping and padding the furniture and loading it up in the most logical way. They took care to cover the floors and cleaned up after themselves. There wasn't anything that they balked at, no adjustment they resisted doing. Just the best experience and well worth the price!

The crew of four (Brian, Ryan and two other guys) did an outstanding job. They arrived on time and they probably took more care in moving my belonging than I would have. They worked on a Sunday for just over six hours. They were all very professional and allowed my family to work around them while the move was occurring. Out of all the items I had only one item was damaged and they pointed it out and offered a break on the cost of the move.....that was OUTSTANDING. I can't say enough about them. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys really are as good as everyone says they are on this website. They are very personable, professional, and careful! It honestly was a pleasure to work with them and I intend to tell others to use them for their moves. The price was also more than fair. Lastly, I have to add that they didn't break or ding a single thing during the whole move. Superb!

Brian, John A, and Harlan came to move us. They arrived 10 minutes early and started the move immediately. They took instructions very well and did an excellent job moving our piano. Will use them again in the next three months when we move to our new home.

Crew arrived slightly early. (Fine.) Both movers were dedicated to the move. The "pro", Harlan, was an honest-to-goodness character, but clearly had experience and knew what he was doing. The younger, Jason, never stopped moving/doing. Both exercised appropriate care with my stuff. It took less than 3.5 hours and I was (pleasantly) surprised at how quickly and smoothly everything went. I would have no problem recommending them to my friends, and I tend to be a bit picky. I didnt shop around since theyd gotten good reviews and I was more concerned with quality than price.
