Description of Work: Tony from Royal Gutters came to my home and provided a written bid to install an additional downspout at my residence. Shortly thereafter, we arranged a time to meet at my home prior to the work being started to review placement of the downspout, etc. Tony did not show for this scheduled appointment with me nor did he ever respond to the two phone messages left for him that same day inquiring about our appointment. I never heard from him. Needless to say, Royal Gutters did not complete this job and I will not be recommending them.

+ -1 moreThe initial contact was very cordial and estimate was very reasonable. The scheduled repair was on time and went very fast and was performed very well. They have a crew of about 3-4 and they all worked well and cleaned up afterward. Final payment was according to estimate with just a bit more because of last minute changes by myself. I'm very satisfied with quality of work and costs involved.
Description of Work: A section of our house needed gutter repair and better drainage from the house.

+ -1 moreAT TIMES IT WAS DIFFICULT TO REACH THE CONTRACTOR AND HE DID NOT ALWAYS CALL BACK WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, BUT WE DID END UP CONNECTING AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
Description of Work: NEW ALUMINUM GUTTERS WERE INSTALLED ON PORTIONS OF THE HOUSE (APPROXIMATELY 85 FEET TOTAL) WHERE THE ROOF LINE WAS CHANGED AND WHERE OLD GUTTERS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. GUTTERS THAT HAD BEEN REMOVED WERE HAULED OFF.
