Description of Work: After doing extensive research on home theatre installation companies I landed with Room Service. I am very pleased with my decision and with the worked performed at my residence. I first met Mark who came out to my house and did an initial evaluation of my home. Since I was fairly certain of what I wanted done in terms of home theatre installation Mark gave me all of the options within my price range. I did not feel pressured to make a decision by a certain time and everything was explained in full detail on what the project was going to entail. I wanted to have the home theatre installed within a couple of weeks because of my daughters birthday and Mark and the team that worked on the installation made it happen. They were not only professional but very thorough. Due to the construction of my house it was difficult to get a wireless signal in a vital area so that streaming video could work smoothly. Jake was able to install a router in an area that made the signal strong enough for the system to work excellently. He had to do some extra wiring and put in more time than was scheduled. After the installation of both systems Jake and Mark explained in detail how each of the components worked and said to call if there were any glitches. I have had the systems for about three months and I am pleased to say things are going great. I would definitely recommend Room Service Home Theatre specialists if you are considering having high quality work done on your home or business. Eric McElroy

Description of Work: Mounted my 52" LCD TV and provided HDMI cable. Did not do audio or fish wires (my choice). Used a mount I purchased.

+ -1 moreWe've had several jobs done by Room Service and have been overall very pleased. Their price tends to be high, but they do excellent work and they have always made any repairs for no extra charge. This was another fine install and the system is working fine. We have one glitch and Larry will be out tomorrow to fix it. So far he has always shown on the day he made the appt.
Description of Work: Run a new wireless network system in our house and tie into current home theater (which they installed in 2000) and also tie into our new satellite dish.
