Description of Work: River City connected my home to the city of Portland sewer system by installing private line. The project was quite involved as River City had to remove components from septic system installed by company who was used for septic services. I was and am very impressed with the level of communication & professionalism from River City. My experience has been positive and I would not hesitate to recommend River City to others.

Description of Work: Septic tank alarm going off. River city set a time for the next day, confermed that morning and were here on time. They found the pump was bad. The replacement was done the next day. That following saturday around 6 pm the alarm went off again. They made it to our house in less than an hour and corrected the problem, all with a smile. Great service and knowlage.

Description of Work: dug and emptied sceptic tank and cleared loads of grease from the sceptic line to fix water back-up problem. They came the same day we called -- on a sunday! Their price was very competitive. I used them again later for my personal sceptic tank.

Description of Work: Brick-covered path over septic tank had sunk. Came out and cordoned off the area the day of our call; returned the next day, removed bricks in 2 areas, dug down and figured out the problem was moles. Also located another tank; arranged for both to be drained that day (at our request; both needed it) and replaced bricks and grass so they looked better than before they started. Russ and Oscar were great; skilled, no nonsense, concerned, respectful and friendly. Last winter when a pipe burst we called River City (found them in the phone book) and Eric came and fixed the problem skillfully and as quickly as possible. We were impressed so that's why we called them back this time.
