I will definitly be using this company in the future.

We received a free estimate and recommendations specific to an unusual home layout. Then scheduled the duct cleaning about a week and a half later and the install about a week after that. We were on a fairly tight schedule coordinating around closing and our move in date. Since the existing furnace was not working, it was important that things went according to plan; which it did. We were told that it would be a one day install, which it was. It was actually a very tight fit that took the installers well into the evening, but they stuck it out and got it done. I think it was a difficult job to complete in one day, but they were very professional and kept working until it was complete. The furnace works very well and is very quiet, since it has a variable speed fan. I rarely hear it cycle off and on. We had one issue with the install, which they took care of quickly. The next day I noticed some water coming in around the vent pipe going through the roof. The previous pipe exited through the side of the house. The cedar shake roof is about at the end of its life and will be replaced in the spring, so I knew it would be difficult to work with and I half expected it to leak. I was able to fix this up good enough for now, since I have some roofing experience. They would have done more work on this if I thought it was necessary. I also found a small amount of water on the inside of the furnace below a condensation line, so I gave them a call. The said to call 24/7, so I was able to reach someone late in the evening. We did some troubleshooting over the phone and decided that the repair man should come out to fix it up. He was able to come right away and seal up the line (which just needed a minor adjustment to the hose clamp). Very nice guy and was very helpful. I think this was late on a Friday night. Overall, I'm very happy with the product and their service. I know things don't always go perfectly on things like this, but the fact that they took care of any issues right away is what's important to me. They also were right on schedule and worked hard to get it completed.

Highest marks on service, quality and price. The serviceperson was punctual and courteous. Work was performed in a timely manner. The heat is on!

Pyramid is always on time. Their technicians always pick up after themselves.. They do a fabulous job..

They came out within 24 hours of me calling for help. They serviced both of our gas furnaces and made the repair to our main level unit. They were polite, prompt and fair with their charges as well.

The initital contact with the front desk is always polite and courteous and when the call ultimately gets trasferred to the service department, they're equally as courteous, but very efficient at collecting information and setting an appointment. The service techs have always shown up right on time and were very willing to have me watch as well as ask them questions. They are polite, well dressed, efficient, and in every respect professional.

Great Job Pyramid. Great price, Timely service, Great Technicians. We couldn't be happier with our new heat pump. It was so nice to stay cool this summer. Thank you Pyramid.. you have a great team!!

Pyramid explained the job and the cost clearly and did a great job with the installation. We have no complaints with the work or the service.

They did a good job with the installation. However, we had to completely refill our coolant this summer. It is difficult to tell if there was a leak or if the company hadn't put any coolant in the unit to start.

Chris, the technician, was very fast, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job with the repairs.

Everything went well. Pyramid is fair in its pricing, has a good response time, and it does a great job.

They did a good job with the installation, but I did have to follow up with them regarding clean up after the work had been completed.

The overall experience was top notch from the first initial contact to the followup. The scheduler was prompt and courteous and worked around our schedule as we were leaving to go out of town shortly after I called in. The technician arrived exactly as scheduled and was polite and respectful. He offered different options depending on our budget and how thoroughly we wanted to service our furnace. He performed the work quickly and was very sensitive to our newborn napping while walking around inside the house. I received a followup phone call a few days later to make sure we were happy with the work done. I would recommend Pyramid to anyone who has immediate heating and cooling needs.

They had an on-going special that the other advertisers did not. My overall experience was excellent. I'm gonna use them again in the future without question.

Really, most of our interaction with Pyramid Heating & Cooling was when we called their office staff to ask for information we were entitled to as a result of their "Notice of Right to a Lien." The office staff would politely say they would send the information we requested and then not do it. By the third request, I got a bit snarky and asked for a manager who simply told me she refused to send me the copy of the invoice because we were not their customer. My checkbook would say otherwise. Also, at the end of the job I was very upset when they installed an ugly white plastic thermostat/sensor on my living room wall. One of the most important goals of our remodel job was to restore the historic appearance of our home and we would have been successful but for that stupid white digital box on our living room wall. Had somebody mentioned its existing anytime before the completion of the project, I'm sure could have found a less visible location to install it. Except for warranty work provided for no charge, we will not work with this company again.

They did a nice job with what they put in, but it was too large for the bedroom that we have. The guy who worked for them then does not work there anymore. We?ve had another guy out since who has tried to tell us to do it differently, and they would take back the heater that was installed. The heat pump is just too big for that room. I?m not saying that they did anything wrong, it is just that he was trying to accommodate me and take care of another area as well, but the next guy said that would be a stretch. They guy that installed it did a great job and it works fine, we just have a weird house.

The work was fine. We were very satisfied with the product. The people that did the work were very, very good. It was clean and quick. It looks good and the inspector liked it. We are very happy with it. We had the previous furnace for 25 years, which wasn't too bad. They did everything when they said they were going to.

I made an appt. for Monday and was advised that the Pyramind representative would be at my home between 8am and 9am. At 9:30 am I called the company and was advised there was a scheduling mishap and that the rep. would be there in a 1/2 hour. At 10:15 I called and was cavalierly told by Memory he was probably stuck in traffic. He arrived at 10:40, told me he had not been advised of my appt. until I called at 9:30. He lives in Woodburn and I think made very good time getting here when he did. Levi was courteous, efficient and explained exactly what he was doing. This was the first time I've had these ducts cleaned and I am completely satisfied with his work. The entire time he was in the house he wore the shoe covers, and was very diligent about thoroughly cleaning up the areas he worked in. Because I was pleased with Levi I will call Pyramid again with the hope that their scheduling gets straightend out.

They fixed the bracket the first time they came out. When it was still rattling, I called them back and then he put extra screws in the wall. The repair person spent time looking closely at the unit to see what the problem was. I appreciated that he took his time to properly diagnose the problem.

I got energy credits so the price was a little higher. It went extremely well. They were very, very good. I got bids from several other companies including a company that I had used for years. I compared equipment and pricing and these guys were less. They were $2-3,000 less. I got Carrier equipment with Pyramid. They had the better price so I went with them. They did a very, very good job. Their workmen were fine. I had a couple of follow up services because they give a free first year service contract if I wanted to have an annual inspection. They came out to fix something and they were very prompt and good about it.

Technician was on time and thorough told me that my furnace was 20 years old but he could get it going easily due to corrosion with the burners. He let me know that everything was dirty (which it was) and should be cleaned and inspected. I agreed. After the cleaning and inspection I was told that the next thing most likely would be the motor down the road but I wouldn't need a new furnace unless I wanted higher efficiency. I thought I would need a new furnace that day, so I was pleased.

My husband had many very specific questions because he is an engineer type and they did call him back regularly. They seem to know more than a lot of the other companies including the one who had installed the initial furnace. We were pleased with them.

I called them about a problem with my radiator, explained the type of system in the house. They came out and after looking at my situation, told me they didn't work with "steam heat" & charged me $89.00 for the information.

Pyramid Heating and Cooling did a really great job for me! The experience from start to finish was excellent beginning with the first contact. I was very quickly scheduled for an estimate to replace my system and they sent me a short biolgraphy and photograph of the estimator/project manager. The estimator/project manager (Ralph) arrived on time and made a complete assessment of my current system and desired replacement. The estimator/project manager provided a detailed estimate of the job with all the appropriate descriptive information before he left my house. I found that their cost estimate (price) was very competetive. When I decided to accept their proposal, the project manager came to my work location to review and sign the contract. The office staff scheduled the work to meet my work schedule requirements. The customer service to get the job started was superb! The installers (Mark and Levi) arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the job. They brought a separate truck with the equipment to make the new sheet metal ducting required to match the new furnace to my existing duct work. The two installers worked the first day and one installer returned the second day to complete the job. They were very professional, neat, and did what I consider to be a superior job of installing the new system. I would describe them more accurately as craftsmen rather than just installers. There was obvious pride in their work and they took as much time as neeeded to complete the job to their standards. The duct work, piping and overall installation were the best that I have ever seen in a residential system. They also left my work locations cleaner than when they arrived. The installation was so good that the city inspector mentioned that they had done a nice job! The Project Manager did follow up with me to be sure that the installation was completed to my satisfaction. The system has been operating for the past six weeks and has performeed flawlessly. It has met all our expectations. The office staff provided all the infomation for the equipment warranties and the information and forms for the state and Federal tax credits. They also provided a $100 credit with Northwest Natural Gas. The support was very complete, professional and friendly. Many companies talk about customer service, but Pyramid Heating and Cooling really provides great customer service. I will use them again for any heating and air conditioning jobs and I have recommended them to my neighbors!
