I'd highly recommend Matt for your mold issues!

We were on a tight time line, because a family member of the tenant was scheduled for surgery and the work had to be completed before the person would be returning home. Pure Space prepared a bid that was built around the report, easy to understand, and comprehensive. They showed up when they said they would, proactively kept us updated, and finished when they said they would. We did hire a drywall and a flooring contractor to repair the areas torn apart to remove mold, but we understood we would need to do this from the bid. We sought other bids. One supplier was too busy to respond. Another one submitted a bid but did not follow the report, making it hard to understand how it would re-mediate the mold we knew we had.

Matt was nice and professional and was the reason we went with Pure Space over the other two we got bids from. They were also about half the cost of the other bids. We were a bit disappointed that the apparent lead guy on the day of work seemed to do little other than talk on his phone. It seemed a little odd. But the work got done on time and on budget. They were also flexible in adding more area to treat the day of. I'd definitely use them again.

The inspector was very professional and cordial.  Two of the three workers who performed the work were also very professional and did a great job.  One, however, did not seem to work very much and spent the time on his phone and spitting in my yard.
This was also a very expensive procedure to remove mold residue from 600 sf of our attic.

My boat house stays extremely humid and damp during the summer months and I started to notice mold appearing on the doors and venting surfaces then moving to the walls. Before it got to out of hand and turned into black mold I called in Global Prevention Service. I had reviewed and talked to multiple companies but Global seemed to have a lot going for it.
Matt scheduled the inspection within three days of my phone call, he came on time and went right to work. We discussed the type of mold and defined what he thought would work best in the environment. Matt also suggested installing a dehumidifier to help move air and keep the environment more stable.
Unfortunately I was not able to schedule the procedure for another five months. I thought they might try to change the price on me as a lot of other providers do by saying the estimate has expired but Global didn't. They got me on the schedule for the next week, arrived on time and took care of the issue, it took about five hours if I remember correctly. They wiped down all of my life jackets, boat canvas and inside/out of cabinets and HVAC closet. The place looked great and was ready for a coat of mold inhibiting paint, as well as, the dehumidifier.
A year later the boat house looks great, I haven't seen any mold return in the garage or on any of the items they treated. Overall it was a great experience and I'll be using Global to help me with a commercial building.

It went pretty well.  They had to come back a second time with the appropriate equipment needed to deal with my attic space.  I kind of wish that could have been figured that out before they came the first time by Matt who did the bid and looked over the situation.  That way I would not have had to be home a second day.  But, they were at least willing to admit they needed better equipment instead of going ahead with the job and not really getting the attic clean.  I can definitely say they are thorough. All of our tests and visual inspection by an inspection company came back negative for mold.  In the end, that is what is important. Matt and the crew were all very nice to deal with.  We went to great lengths to protect all of our moldings, cabinets and floors by encasing everything in cardboard, so I can't speak to collateral damage.  I could see where there could be some with that CO2 blaster tubing and cords.  However, it is worth the extra charge to have the mold cleaned off that way.

We weren't sure what it was and how expensive it was but they came in and did a very thorough inspection.  They gave me a bid and cleaned up the mold.  They did an excellent job.  They were excellent, thorough and very professional.  They were easy to work with.  I think they did a good job of identifying problems and they did a good job of recommending what kind of actions needed to be done.  They were very straight forward about things that they couldn't do or didn't think were necessary.

We prepared our home for the treatment, and vacated to a hotel and our pets to  boarding.  Matt and his crew worked hard and long hours, documenting every step of the process as we needed that for presentation to the courts.  He took photos of the before and after and showed the extent of the water intrusion, the damaged structures that had to be replaced and the new wall replacement they installed. It was a big job made as easy as possible by Matt and his crew.  We felt that Matt and his company are very professional. He is extemely responsive and returns calls promptly. He explains the process in an easy to understand manner and overall as stressed as we were we felt we were in the best of hands.  We are very grateful to Matt that he stood by us in the face of a hostile HOA and attorney trying to twist the facts His strong and conclusive evidence of his findings in a summarized and well written opinion letter enabled us to succeed in settling the claim with the insurance company successfully.  His company's proven techniques arrest the mold problems and allows one to stay in the property safely and get back to a normal life. That is often NOT the case with mold investations.. We were very happy with all stages of interactions with Matt and his crew.  From the intial prompt response, his understanding of the extreme stress one is living with these conditions, his patience and professianlism are truly unique. I can not speak more highly as to his services and manner of conducting himself.
