Description of Work: Dave was great, loved all the tips he gave, very reasonably priced. Carpets have stayed clean after cleaning. Carpets got very wet and took a day and a half to dry.

Likewise, the job was done well, professionally and I am a very satisfied customer. I will not hesitate to hire New Vision Floor Care again. Description of Work: I would rate this company an “A”. The gentleman was very personable, professional, and even helped me with a couple of other items I had been concerned about. I will use this company in the future. Here is an example: He asked me if I had had my dryer vent checked. I told him “no” but that I was concerned about whether it needed cleaning. He tested it, gave me a price to do the work, and that was that. Then he called me back about a week later and told me he finally had an opportunity to look at the pictures he had taken, and informed me that it was pretty clean and that I didn’t need to worry about it. That saved me $150 that he could have earned, if he hadn’t been so honest. I was impressed! In chatting with him, I mentioned that when my home inspection was done at the time of my purchase, the inspection report suggested that I clean the exhaust vent in my master bath. He immediately went to look at it, and showed me how to get into it so I could clean it. I did it the same day, and it was so easy, so no need to worry about that anymore. What I hired him to do was clean my carpets and he did a beautiful job. I’ve had them done before and they looked so much more refreshed and clean than in the past. The cost was $77 on the Angie’s List deal (for three rooms). I had a few really bad places, which I did not think could be clean again. He did charge me $60 to pre-treat and clean those places. They look brand new again! It was so worth the extra few dollars. Thank you for making life so much easier for a lady living alone.

Description of Work: They were great! He steamed cleaned the carpet and we also had them use a special treatment for pet stains. He thoroughly vacuumed, cleaned, and shampooed.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning was performed. The Angie's list deal was 3 rooms no furniture moved for $77 and I added another room for an additional $35. Performed on 8-24-15. I would rate the work an A. Old carpeting that has been given another couple of years of use.
