Description of Work: They installed carpet throughout the whole house. We had taken out the previous carpet. They quoted me one thing but miss measured to get into the price we had agreed upon. I could tell that they were under the square footage by about 400-500 square feet which would mean we would not have the right amount to finish a big room which we would be using for a large get together. They set off the house alarm with their carpet seam sealer and broke the alarm trying to stop it. I would never use them again and tell others to look elsewhere for carpet.

Description of Work: Removed old carpet and installed carpet in 4 bedrooms. It was 'moving in' day for us and the installer was able to arrive at the house early to get the installation completed before movers arrived. The work was acceptable.

Description of Work: The sales portion of the experience was fine. The installation continues to be a train wreck. I fully understand that the installation is contracted out....but the response of the company was that they were not responsible for the installation issues and that I had to take it upon myself to get the issues rectified. I didn't hire the people (or even given a choice). Basically....the installers didn't install the nailing strips correctly to hold the carpet in place.....meaning that you step on the tacks and puncture your skin. This is our play room for our 5 year old and 1 year old. I've spent a lot of time down there with a hammer pounding in the spikes as I found them, I'll never use this company again.
