Brilliant! Jace Jones was the most professional, personable and responsive contact we had of all the Contractors(6) we contacted. He got back with us quickly and timely and kept us in the loop any time there was a question. If he didn't have an answer immediately available, he researched it til he did, or passed it off to Lori Roller at the office who took care of us as well. He also did research to help us NOT have to replace our ductwork(which others had wrongly assured us we simply MUST replace), which saved us $3,000.00! He found us an awesome American Standard Furnace and moved our Furnace location from the west side of our home to the newly created Mechanical closet on the East side and now we have a usable Basement! He had to create a new Air Supply for the Furnace to accomplish this, which we feared would make it cost prohibitive, but, it turns out he was able to keep the costs down and ultimately turned out to be less expensive than the others--EVEN WITH all the extra work. Now we have a beautiful new high-efficiency Furnace and it works beautifully. Best experience we could have hoped for. We believe you simply cannot go wrong if you call Jace, Lori and Integrity Air, LLC.

A very prompt and hardworking crew showed up each day. Mine was not an easy install so it took longer than anticipated. There are some things that need fixing but I have no doubt they will be resolved.

Very satisfied. There was a little longer delay than expected during installation due to a plumbing problem on our end that we got fixed sooner than expected, but otherwise everything went very well with the installation. We have not had an extensive test of the system due to the cold weather, however we do not anticipate any problem and they have been responsive to all our request thus far. We would definitely recommend their service.

Satisfied customer, had a couple of minor issues with functionality of the system after installation but once notified, they had techs out promptly to resolve each issue.

Jace, our contact person, reliably and honestly explained the air flow deficiency of my existing air conditioning unit and corrected it by adding more space to maximize the capability to the new unit installation... Our new LENNOX works great and more efficient than our old air con system and it was timely installed before one of the recorded warmest weather in Oregon...

Integrity Air was quick to respond. They had to delay the start of the project due to another job taking longer than anticipated, but kept me appraised of their status. Once on site, the removed the old furnace and installed the new furnace and heat pump with no problems.

Jayce the sales rep was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and offered to fix our furnace filter since it was in a weird location in ceiling that was hard to change. Also our furnace was installed within 2 days from the initial visit. Did not try to upsell or sell us something we did not need.

The whole team at Integrity Air where amazing and a pleasure to work with. Jace was so helpful and easy to work with, no problems with changes and questions. We had both a new furnace and an air conditioning unit installed, the team arrived at 8:00am and ran into some issues because we have an older home. They stayed until 8:00pm to finish the job and ended up replacing ductwork that was outdated and not compatible with our new system and never complained once! Polite, Professional, extremely hard working and a Pleasure to do business with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with these guys, they are the BEST!

I highly recommend Integrity Air. Pedro, Steve, Eugene and their hired electrician, Ken were all amazing. Very professional and hard working guys. Installed my entire system in less than 6 hours. Took care to make everything look very aesthetically pleasing, and made sure to make it easier to service down the road. I will definitely be coming back to Integrity when it comes time to do more heating/air service/repair/replacements.
