Had to special order part but came back that day and fixed problem.

Technician was punctual, pleasant and professional. Making the appointment was easy and the office staff is friendly and helpful.

The technician arrived on time and was very good about communicating and offering an assessment of my furnace. They were also good about allowing enough time to discuss upgrading my thermostat and planning to add A/C to my system. I will call them in the spring for a bid on installing A/C.

So I paid the $69.00 on 11/06/2015 and after we found out that the Service provider could not do the work called AngiesList customer service to request a refund. The Angies List people all seemed really nice but to date 12/7/2015 I have no confirmation of the return / refunf of my $69.00 payment so in that I have to give Angies List a "very poor" way of handling the situation. Guess I will have to call again. Hope this gets resolved asap with the Holidays fast approaching could use the refund to feed starving kids, we donate a lot through our church. Makes me wonder if renewal of this subscription service is the best way to go.

After missing our initial appointment due to a scheduling issue, Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling more than made up for the inconvenience by offering to tune my furnace free of charge. This was impressive as it's not every day one find's a company willing to acknowledge the value of a customer's time. The second appointment was scheduled quickly and at a time of my choosing. The technician arrived slightly early. He was personable and worked quickly. We are in the market for a new furnace, and I will most definitely request a bid from this outfit.

Provider called and gave us 1/2 hour notice of arrival. Performed service and explained the process. Very professional. I would use them again.

It went well. The furnace is perfect. However the electronic air cleaner is broken and does not work.

Service of furnace was adequate but there were two parts of the service that were not completed. There was a major disconnect between what I was promised by the scheduler versus what the technicians were ready to do upon arrival. I was promised that they would have plenty of time to do all three services. They showed up late for an AM appointment and planned only a quick service before leaving. When I spoke with the technician, Paul suggested that their company did even work with gas lines. I pointed out to him that they should change their list of services as presented on Angie's List then. In general, I found the technician competent to do the furnace service. I found them very unresponsive to suggestion that there was more to the service.

Not much could have gone better. There was some challenges involved and last minute adjustments necessary given the age of the house. The existing heater was from the 1980s, was noisy and inefficient. Brian came out and we did a full walkthrough of the requirements for the upgrade. Installing central air-con was likely the largest challenge since the house had never had it . We discussed options and eventually came to using an old, now-unused, laundry chute to help with the ducting. Also, the existing heater was practically cemented in to its location in the basement. Removal was likely going to be some trouble. We scheduled an install about 3 weeks later -- revolving around my schedule. The installers arrived on schedule. There was a small amount of confusion as to some of the details of the job but they were quickly cleared up. Two days later, a fully functional heater and air conditioner was up and running. New ducting was installed in the places that needed it. The heater is much quieter and does a much better job at keeping consistent temperature through an old 3-story house. I ran the air-conditioner briefly just to verify its operation and it seemed quite satisfactory. I haven't yet received a heating bill so I don't know yet the changes in heating costs.

Everything went well. It was easy to set up the appointment and the service person was on time.

The service never happened, the provider did not contact to reschedule after I called them to confirm the service date and they told me it couldn't be done at that time. The provider emailed me through Angies list after claimed I could use the service for a fall tune up. I sent two replies asking to schedule, no response from provider. I would like a refund.

Very friendly guy, gave me good information about our furnace and cleaned some contacts that were iffy. Furnace runs fine now.

Technician was polite, prompt and thorough. Spent a good deal of time reviewing the system to find the issue and fixed it.

They were professional, knowledgeable and comfortable with walking us through what they were doing and why - which is great because as newer homeowners we want to learn as much as possible! We would most certainly recommend their services.

I used Comfort Solutions in the past to tune my gas furnace and A/C. My gas furnace was old with a cracked motor so I decided to replace it. The representative came out and gave me an estimate and it was reasonable. This provider has great reviews on Angie's List so I decided to go with Comfort Solutions. The technician did a great job and was very professional. I will use Comfort Solutions in the future.

Technician was on time and professional. After inspection, we were informed (and shown) that our furnace had cracks in the heat exchanger. Luckily this was caught early before major issues were incurred. Given that the furnace was almost 16 years old and the cost of repair was almost $800, we opted to request bids for a new furnace.

It went well. Person arrived a little late but did a good job.

When I called, Pam was awesome. She was able to get the appointment scheduled for a time that was convenient for my schedule. My appointment window was from 12-4. At 3:30 of the appt. time, Pam called to say the tech was stuck on a job and he wouldn't be at our house until 4:30-5. It was great that she kept me in the loop! Paul, the tech showed up at 5, got right to work by asking all the pertinent questions. Then he headed to the furnace (I was kind of expecting the worst thinking that our almost 30 year old furnace had kicked the bucket). Within 5 minutes he had heat pumping out of our vents! He came upstairs and let me know that one of the vacuum hoses was clogged so it couldn't suck in any air. He cleaned them all out and it's now working really well. Thank you!!! I would definitely call again!

Prompt quick service. Excellent communication. Even hauled away dirty furnace filters.
