The team that was sent over was fast and efficient. Because it was a small job, they threw in the pet smell spray for no-charge. The carpet looks great now and has lost all smell of my dog's urine. The color is identical to the rest of the carpet in the bedroom.

They did an excellent job both times that I have had them out. I thought their prices were very reasonable and they were very personable people.

I have this done every year pretty much. They do a very fine job I think. We did not have any furniture to move at the time or anything so it made it easier. I guess they are to be considered nice people and everything. I really do not have to much too say about this job.

From start to finish, Coit was easy to work with and reliable. The technician was friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend to others.

The couches are clean, but the smell is still horrible in the house over 48 hours later.

Was on time, friendly , professional manner, and cleaned the couch as requested in about half an hour and did a good job.

The salesman called me back promptly to schedule estimate appointment. The estimate was specific and detailed. All aspects of the cleaning process were described to me, along with the potential risks (shrinkage) involved. Drapes were cleaned and rehung in seven days. The valances are still a bit wrinkled, but the technician says he will come back to steam them if they do not hang out in two weeks. The drapes smelled a bit like dry cleaning fluid. The carpet and upholstery cleaning was great. This company could improve it's dispatch procedure. Specific carpet cleaning and drape re-hanging appointment times could not be confirmed until the same morning I had to reserve my whole day for this service. Also, the carpet cleaning van left oil spots on my driveway.

Company was conscientious in punctuality, flexibility, and responding to follow-up questions. However, we were very disappointed with the final appearance of the carpet. We did not expect the carpets to look new but we did expect an overall look of cleanliness. Much grime remained around the edges of every room and space. This was explained as ''dust from registers'' but many of the areas in question were very far from any register. Our carpets get light use (no pets nor small children, no smoking, outdoor shoes left at front door). If the estimator had warned us that the areas in question would look so grimy after the job was done, we'd have opted to rent a steam cleaner ourselves rather than paying such a high price for an unsatisfactory job (over $600 was for carpets alone).

The air duct cleaning was an afterthought (we'd originally called Coit for an estimate on carpet cleaning) but turned out to be badly needed. I'm sure the job turned out to be much more difficult than the worker had expected but he remained cheerful and cooperative throughout. The work was very well done.

The individual who showed up was very courteous and flexible. I would hire them again.

We had a "pet accident" in one bedroom room and I got this company's name from Angie's list. I have shampooed my own carpets with my Kirby for years, but could not get the "pet accident" out. It was cost effective for me to have them clean the other carpets as well. I was astounded at how much cleaner the carpets were with the Coit treatment. I think in the future I will continue to do my spot cleaning but have Coit come in over the long term to do deep cleaning. I am generally not predisposed to big companies like Coit but this office proved its value. Also, they came in on two days notice just three days before Christmas, which I appreciated. The young man who did the work was professional and pleasant. They also have an on-line scheduling program that allows after hours scheduling, very convenient!

A rocky start to begin with as we were waiting for an estimate. But when I called and talked with Theresa, she took care of everything to our satisfaction! The carpets were beautiful. Just like new.

I booked it online and got the discount from Angie's list. Scheduling was easy. Steve showed up on time, explained the procedure and gave me an estimate. I also asked him to give me an air duct estimate and he did that as well. The beige carpet is now all one color and looks amazing. I am very pleased- money well spent! I will be using them for air duct cleaning as well. Steve was very professional and polite, which I appreciated. I didn't feel like I got a hard sell for extra features, but they were suggested.

We called them and ask for a estimate over the phone. They gave us a estimate based off our rough estimate of square footage. They showed up on time. The guy who did the work was very professional and efficient. Very happy with the results. Would recommend them to my friends.

Coit's sent someone out before the job to estimate the cost. He was on time and very friendly. It only took a few minutes for him to do the estimate and set up an appointment time with me to do the cleaning. On the day of the cleaning, the guy showed up on time and was very efficient. He was in and out in 40 minutes. My carpets look great. I will definitely use this company again. They honored my Angie's List 30% off coupon.

Coit came out to do an estimate first. Both the estimator and service rep were very punctual. I was given an estimate right after the walk though. All the options were explained clearly to me. I scheduled the work for the following week. The cleaning unit broke down on the truck, but he had another truck on site in 10 minutes. Everything went exactly as planned. I am very happy with their work. Even with the Angie's List coupon, the price was a little on the high side from some of the other estimates I had received. I would hire them again though. The carpet looks very nice.

Overall, well. Bid discussion did not include cat pee and treatment and that added $50 to bid. Carpet bid very reasonable especially after 35% Angie's List discount. Bid to clean couch for another $65 seemed high and was declined.

These people are great. They're always very professional and competent, and I don't mind leaving them alone in the house. We'd used them before in a house we were renting and were happy to return to them again.

The upstairs bedrooms had pet stains (urine) that did not come out, but I was told ahead of time that the stains probably wouldn't come out. I thought the price was competitive (they honored the Angie's List discount). I was very pleased with the work performed. I had them clean two area rugs as well, after I saw the work they did on our carpeting.
