I wanted to express my gratitude and confidence in your window products. First, Mike Warren came to our home and provided an excellent demonstration on the products and services your company provides. He was extremely thorough and took the time to answer our numerous questions. Mike has always been available to answer any questions, and believe me, we have had numerous text conversations. One time we even had to change our meeting location for our convenience, and Mike had no problem in meeting us at an alternate location. The windows themselves are absolutely WONDERFUL. They do even more than Mike told us about. We live near the I-5 Interstate. Well actually you can see and hear the interstate from my dwelling. As an added bonus, is the absolute quiet we now experience with the new windows. What an unexpected surprise! The crew that came to our home was very polite, fast workers and cleaned up after themselves. There was no debris left laying around anywhere. It was great. They did a very good job. They were very personable. They were very good at answering any questions that we had. It didn't bother them at all that we stood and watched.

It worked out really, really well. Their quality of workmanship and the things that they took to make sure everything was gonna last stood out to me. My interaction with them was great. The crew was really fantastic and took all of my concerns to heart. They did all kinds of things to jump through the hoops. It is very good. There were no problems with having to have them come back. They did it right the first time.

This has been one of the worse experiences we have had. The company is not communicative with the customer, when the roofing material drop off date and roof date was changed we had to call multiple times to speak with someone, once that manager returned the calls we were told at 4:15pm that they weren't coming till the next week. We received the wrong color tiles, the wrong venting style, and we probably would not have gotten the chimney taken down if we wouldn't have tried to talk to the lead roofer (who did not speak English and had to call the company manager to find out what they were going to do). Did not realize the color was not charcoal until the roof was on more than half of the roof also didn't see the venting until the next day as it was late when the roofers left. This whole job was wrong from the beginning. We were somewhat compensated for the mistakes, however we don't have what we agreed on nor what we are paying a lot of money for. We now have a slate roof with green flecks, 10 black vents, although our chimney is removed (it was a total mess). Hopefully the guarantee of life of the house is a true statement. I think this company could be handled a bit better with some help. No quality control and no double check of orders.

They were particularly good with dealing with the city government. The same crew came out to finish that job. They came through with what they said they were going to do, even though there were unexpected difficulties and permit processes with the city government. They were excellent.

They also did a warranty repair on a small minor issue that we had. They were professional and we really liked the sales staff, the team that was monitoring the progress, as well as the guy who came out. We are happy with them and are looking to have them do long term work. I would like to add that that they have a great warranty.

Their price was really good. They were able to complete the job the same day.

I have also had them replace windows for me too in the past and they are great. They are efficient and on time. They tell you what they are going to do and the installer was very professional. The sales person was professional and nice too. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

They started in June. They just finished 2 weeks ago due to one window getting broken during the shipping so they had a panel that they had to replace. Their installers did a great job and the windows/doors look good.

I believe the guy from Champion was named Keith and I believe he didn't see enough money for his company in my project and that is why he never got back to me. Very unprofessional unfit and I would never suggest them to any of my friends. Bob Mewhinney 503/648-7488

They were leaking air and water and ants were constantly coming into the house from under the threshold. Our custom home has doors and windows with transoms and internal grids which are hard to match. Two other vendors visited and said they could not match the units. The salesman scheduled an appointment promptly and showed up on time. He was considerate, patient and really knew his business and answered all our questions. He claimed that they could come up with a very close match. We placed our order and a deposit and he explained it would be 6-8 weeks before installation. It actually took about 10 weeks before they were installed because the units are custom made and a mistake was made with the transom windows when they were first delivered (discovered by Champion during inspection). The installers were scheduled, arrived right on time, and were incredibly polite, professional and thorough. Installation of both doors took about 4 hours and the finish clean-up was perfect. They installed a high quality door pan and threshold to keep water out (missing when the home was first built, replaced some rotting door trim, caulked to perfection,and used color matched touch up paint to top off a beautiful job. The doors are a joy to open and close and, unlike the old doors, there is not one trace of light or air coming in through the seals and frame. The only evidence that the doors have been replaced is a slight color mismatch (green on the outside, white on the inside), a slight mismatch of the style of the grids inside the transom windows, and the door hardware no longer matches the rest of the house. We were told about these issues ahead of time so there were no surprises. The doors can be painted inside and out to make the match exact but it is hardly worth doing since the colors are very close. They even left some touch up paint behind if they get scratched. We are extremely pleased with the high quality doors and service and Champion will be our first choice for additional replacement doors and windows.

Your company needs to know when one on your list doesn't even call back!

The crew doing the installation ripped boards off the house. damaged boards on the side by ripping off the cables and left them hanging some with wood still attached. They applied caulking incorrectly. Scraped paint off wood in some areas. Broke security system on windows and threw it on the ground. On the inside the walls had been freshly painted as I had been working with the painter I knew the condition of the walls. They damaged walls and furniture by bumping into them leaving dents. Large gaps around the windows letting air come through. On the inside they put a wood screen trim w/o letting me know. No caulking seal for the windows. Areas around windows damages. There are spiders coming in my windows because of the incorrect installation that was done. Scratched the wood banister. In general showed complete disregard for my home and my things. Molding on screen door was taken off and broke. When I complained to Jon The Divisional manager he came to my home, but was rude and condescending. Stating his crew could not have caused some of the damage. Jon also took pictures of some things but not everything. He did agree they should fix some of this. Al Norton Regional manager... I sent him a letter detailing issues with the house. He replied apologizing. He was very nice. Offered to correct the issue but redirected back to Jon dealing with it. Jon called and left a very condescending message and still never apologizing despite the fact I was very clear I did not want to work with Jon again. At this point I don't want to work with Jon again ever. I expect it to be fixed or removed and my deposit back so I can get it done correctly from someone else.

They were very cooperative. They went the extra mile in making our door look good.

Great company. I meet them at the Clark County Fair and had them come out for an estimate. Came at assigned meeting date and time. Very friendly sales person with a lot of experience. Measured and quoted same day. The reason I chose Champion is the fact that they are American made and they sell one high quality window. All windows were heat resistant film on them double paned windows. Ordered windows, come back for 2nd measurement. Windows came in abour 3 weeks. Insralled in about 4 hours, everything done very well. I love my windows they really make a difference in heating.

We received bids from Sears, Champion and two local companies. Champion sold us on the quality of the windows, and because they had a no-interest loan program that met our needs. Champion sub-contracted the work to sub-contractors, the windows were done by a different company than the siding. The sales person met me at my home twice to do measurements of the windows with a lazer. The windows were ordered and upon arrival installation only took 48 hours. The sub-contractor was professional, clean and did a quality job. The siding installation wasn't as good and there was actually a major event on day two: my spouse and I returned from work to find a 5-foot p**** that was cut from Champion-branded insulation perched against our grill on our back patio. My spouse and I are in a same-s** relationship so we assumed the p**** was a crude joke left for us. We filed a complaint with Champion that evening. Their response was to pause further installation pending investigation. Within 48 hours Champion's response was the p**** was a joke from a male contractor directed at the only female contractor on their team. As Champion reported, the p**** shape was being poked at "Tammy" the only female contractor on the team during lunch break as a joke. We allowed Champion to know that was still unacceptable. For a Champion contractor to sexually harass a team member on our property during work was inexcusable and equally offensive as if the p**** was aimed at my spouse and me. Champion eventually finished the work. We've had to use the warranty twice as pieces of siding has blown off during wind storms, which we think shouldn't happen as easily as it does. Installation wasn't as quality because the team apparently focused on jokes instead of working.

This is one of the best companies we've ever dealt with. They are very responsive.

Sales person was respectful & not pushy. He let the product sell itself. Installation was quick. Problems (one had been cracked in transit) were solved quickly.

I called Champion because I liked their advertising. They came right away for the estimate. It was about a month later that they installed the doors, to wait for the doors to come from the factory. They are all extremely pleasant! They pay attention to your concerns and needs. They do the best they can. They have great follow up and, even though I feel like a pest, they don't treat me like I am (I was having issues with the key and they had to come back). The work was carefully done and finished on time. The doors look (and work) great!

Champion Windows and Doors replaced all of the windows in our 50+ year old home approximately seven years ago. When one of those thermal windows exhibited signs of a leak-- very subtle, very slight-- I called for a consult. The appointment was scheduled at my convenience and Jon came out the next week. He ordered a replacement window at no charge to us. While he was there, I asked him about replacing an exterior door. I had tried to replace this door on two other occasions through two different companies, and both times, the door delivered did not fit correctly. Champion not only delivered a perfectly fitted and installed door (at a cheaper price), but an aesthetically pleasing door, as well. The installer was on time, worked quickly and neatly, was very respectful of our home (hardwood floors) and was extremely tidy. I did call a week later to have the door adjusted slightly. It is such a snug fit that we had to pull it closed, but a minor adjustment to the locking mechanism fixed that. It now closes smoothly and silently. It Looks beautiful, keeps the cold air out and lets the sun shine in!

They were very professional and polite (no foul language ). The windows are of top quality. When we had a small leak around one after the wind, they were out the next day and fixed it. Great work, great product and right on time.
