They went above and beyond what I thought could be done. They had the right equipment for the job and were efficient. We are very pleased.

Wow. Professional, pleasant to work with from start to finish. Rebecca listened well and had her own great ideas to contribute; we really felt like we ended up with the right plan for us. The crew were prompt, polite, and hard-working. We couldn't be happier!

Blessings was amazing to work with. We are already proactively recommending them to friends and neighbors. Incredibly flexible, great team members and overall a terrific, talented partner. Our project was a big one essentially touching every inch of our yard. The final project we are beyond happy with. Perhaps the best part of the initiative for me was how happy my wife was at every step of the way. This was her dream project and they not only did a great job but captured her vision, helped improve it and make it practical. We completed a major house remodel prior to the landscaping with many good partners, she felt Blessings was the best. Another key was their ability to work within our landscaping budget which dropped from the original plan by 25% due to overages on other areas of our remodel.

We received a bid for the lawn renovation in conjunction with a bid for another project. Both bids were extremely high, and we went with another contractor for the second project. Foolishly, I accepted the bid from Blessings for the lawn renovation. When the day of service came, the lone worker (who spoke little English) worked about 5 hours. While he worked diligently, the results were far below what I would have expected for price paid. I ended up having to reseed many bare areas that were not covered. To be fair, the company reimbursed me for the money I spent to redo the job myself. But it was a very disappointing experience. Perhaps they really didn’t want my business....

It started off great, very friendly on the phone, set up a quick appointment for a bit and even got the bid back quickly. I responded to the bid via email asking to start service based on the price. No response.... A week goes by and call them. At this point, I changed my mind about the on going service since they never responded but thought I could at least have them deal with a one time shrub removal for us. I get in touch with Eric (same person who provided the bid). I inquire about the pricing to just remove the shrubs on May 8th. At this time he asked why were not interested in the on going service, I shared that it was quite a bit higher in cost than what we were already paying and every other week wasn't quite enough based on how quickly our yard grows. He said he'd like to look at the cost and try to sharpen his pencil on the cost for on-going service and would get back to me. I never heard from him so on May 10th I reached out via text to again inquire about remove the shrubs. He responded with the price and I quickly responded asking if they were still available for work on Friday (per our phone call earlier in the week). Again no response...... I waited until May 14th and sent one final text message about trying to schedule the shrub removal. Still no response. I find it extremely unprofessional to bid a job and then not follow through. But hey, if you don't want my $500 so be it...

Didn’t get an e mail reply after I responded to Mr Lord’s e mail bid. Called again after we decided to go with Blessing since other Landscaping company we were considering didn’t do monthly maintenance. I spoke to Mr Lord and told him we excepted his Landscaping bid but we were not going to do the bark. He said we were the “first ones “ on the list early next week(first week of May). I asked how much it would be to add on the maintenance package after the initial Landscaping the front yard and was told he would get back to me. So needless to say, they “no showed” for the Landscaping and they didn’t call or send a follow up e mail on the monthly maintenance. As a result, we had to do the Landscaping in the front yard ourselves, and we are now in process of finding another Landscaping company that can do a monthly maintenance program.

This company has been very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. I've very (!) pleased with the new look of my side yard with the addition of the newly planted arborvitae

Jesse, Luis, and the team did an excellent job. We threw in a challenge with having the access to our septic tanks right in the middle of the patio -- and the surpassed our expectations by making this eye sore disappear while maintaining easy access. Our family and friends are amazed at the scale of the project, the attention to detail (straight seams), and are shocked when we reveal the secret to accessing the tanks. They also rain a french drain around the outer edge of the patio to catch runoff from the patio and surrounding landscaping to address an issue we had with water collecting along the house's foundation. Topped with river rock, it provides a nice transition from the hardscape of the patio to the open landscaping The team was on-site for about a month and kept the area clean not only at the end of the job but on a day-to-day basis. They were easy to talk to in planning/design, didn't appear to mind my daily check-in on status, and raised concerns quickly so we could work together to figure out the best solution. For example, covering the septic tanks required the base layer to be raised such that the landing in front of the door would have been a tripping hazard -- the solution was to remove the landing rather than facing it and now we have a nice entrance to our home from the driveway to the front door with enough space to entertain our extended family.

Our backyard needed a total makeover. We contacted Blessing Landsacapes based on their excellent reviews. We paid them to re-design our backyard landscaping with the goal of adding privacy. The job included replacing the sod, adding over 85 plants, adjusting sprinklers, adding a gravel path and adding lighting. Blessing was ready to begin our job early, but unfortuately we were not due to other work being done. They were very flexible when we had to further delay the start date due to delays caused by hardscape work being done by another business. Once they were able to start, they let us know exactly what to expect and were done when they said they would be. This a first class business; we were happy with them start to finish and would use them again without hesitation.

The job was done on time, and was professionally executed. They even accommodated a last minute schedule change that I requested.

Everything went well from start to finish. They were able to do the job a month earlier than expected, and the guys doing the work were friendly and very skilled. Although they weren't the cheapest bid, they were an excellent value. They were the only company to insist on putting in a retaining wall to hold in the gravel path, which now is obviously the best solution. A neighbor who also used Blessing echoed that their approach is much more comprehensive.

Good. It was a long process, but worked.

We are in a brand new house and all we had was dirt and fencing so we needed everything done. I have to say of all the companies we have ever dealt with Blessing Landscapes was one of the best. Salvador was just fantastic and did beautiful work. He is very knowledgeable and was so easy to work with. Gabino checked on our project regularly to make sure things were being done the way we wanted them to be, he gave me his cell phone number to contact him if I needed anything...and he was always available. We also wanted to make some changes and the owner Jesse was so accommodating. One thing I have to say about Jesse is...he makes sure that the customer is happy with the job! This is a company that really knows what customer service is all about. Even Emily in the office was a pleasure to work with. My project took months to complete so it was a big job but I have to say it turned out more beautiful than we even imagined it would. We are glad we choose this company and would hire them again in a heartbeat! They were not the least expensive company we got a bid from but they turned out to be the best!

Great. We were very happy with the quality of the work performed.

Jesse worked with us to get the design we wanted, coming out to the house and talking through the entire process. He provided a proposal and detailed estimate breakdown based on our discussion. We fine tuned the final project and he was able to accommodate minor changes all the way through completion. The crew was amazing and very experienced, working quickly yet efficiently. The most recent project included a circular paver patio, patio extension, drainage, irrigation, sod, and lots of plants. After three weeks the grass has filled in beautifully and the plants will flourish next spring. It is finally the back yard we always wanted! Great job Jesse and team!

The design was fine. We liked some of the things they did on the design. We also purchased the installation too. It was fine. They were on time. They were professional.

Blessing Landscapes is a top-notch company. The owner came to do the estimate and walked through the proposed project step-by-step with us. Lots of good questions, some suggestions, a few smart revisions to original plan, and total agreement when he completed the visit. Workers came on time every morning, worked very hard from arrival to departure, left the worksite as clean-as-a-whistle daily, and were very conscientious about details on every aspect of the four-day project. There were absolutely no short-cuts or cover-ups. We were totally impressed with the high quality of work and are delighted with the outcome.

It was great. Blessing Landscapes looked at my back yard (which was basically a blank slate), along with multiple other landscape companies. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for the overall design but had some specific design elements I did know I wanted. Blessing Landscapes had by far the most interesting (and creative/different) suggestions for what to do and was also able to do the work for a reasonable price. They were great about communicating when they could do the work, and letting me know when plans changed (it was right after snow/ice in Portland, which understandably altered some dates). They were fast, professional and the backyard looks fantastic. If/when I get around to landscaping other parts of the yard I would absolutely talk to them again.

They are terrific. When the weather improves we will hire them.

Estimate process was very professional and all questions answered up front. They arrived on time, and finished in the estimated time frame. The work was done very well, and the shed installers commented about how perfectly level and well done the site was.

From start to finish it was a breeze working with Blessing Landscapes. Jesse came out initially and spent a lot of time going over things and getting our ideas as well as sharing his expertise. He gave us an estimate for replacing the aging cracked walkway and both lawns. Blessing was very accommodating when it came to a firm scheduling date as we needed to leave our home during the work due to a "yappy" and nervous elderly Pomeranian. We left for the coast and they finished the work when they said they would with one extra day included which they said could happen. Everything went according to plan and we are so happy with the professionalism, service and workmanship. In fact, we decided to do a similar project in our backyard next Spring. It is very addictive to see how nice your house/yard can look!!
