I thought that they were very polite, courteous, and professional. I was also very glad that we got it done early. We didn't have to wait at all. They did it right away. They only made one small error.

The repair technician George was punctual, courteous and professional. Price was fair and about what I expected. I would recommend this company to other people.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician showed up on time. After inspecting and cleaning the system, he determined that all was well with the system. It was just dirty. He answered all my questions and didn't try to talk me into work I didn't need.

The gentleman was very courteous, explained everything to me and to top it off, it didn't cost very much. I was very pleased with the service and they were very prompt. I would recommend them to anyone. The technician that came to my home was Chris Grigg.

They called me first thing in the morning on Monday to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. They are always that responsive, timely, courteous and professional. We have used them for years and they are consistently a well run company with well trained staff.

Overall, it went very well. They did a super job. They showed up when they said they were going to come. The price was exactly what we agreed on. I will use them in the future and I would recommend them to others.

My son, who is an architect told me to shop around for this guy. He said that I shouldn't just take the first company that comes along. I found this company that totally understood what I wanted and I was so very pleased with the end result.

Great experience overall. The turn around time was fast and the work was done in a timely manner while they were installing the new unit. I got everything I asked for and was given a fair price.

The installer arrived on time. He was polite, clean and neatly dressed. He put down a mat to protect my flooring and cleaned the floor when he was finished. Once he reached a certain point in the installation, two more workers arrived to assist. They were also polite and totally professional. Very little in the way of personal conversation and no horse play. The job was completed in a very timely manner and the installer walked me around all the components and made sure I was satisfied. He took all the packing material with him so I did not have to dispose of it. The estimator was also very professional and punctual. There were no extra charges over and above the estimate even though my system required the addition of a small electric pump to insure that condensation would not collect under my house. About ten months after the installation, I had a small, slow leak in one of the pipes connected to the inside part of the unit and it was repaired promptly and at no charge. I would definitely recommend this company, and have, to my friends.

He was very clean and very thorough. He was on time. We were so enthused with them that we bought the service contract. For 200 dollars a year they will come twice and check the AC unit and furnace, and replace filters.

We were able to get the estimate and complete the work within a couple weeks. The job was trickier than originally thought, but Brian and his guys worked through everything. He said he always looks forward to a challenge.

It was basically to recharge the refrigerant.. They showed up on time and was prompt with the work he did. He seemed friendly and courteous with me while I was around.

Excellent. Jeff who answered the phone was very knowledgeable. George who did the work was superb. George looked to solve the problem and did not sell us on any thing else but what we called for. He was efficient and quickly worked at solving our furnace problem. He cleaned up afterwards and made our place looking good. He explained what the problem was and we felt confident with his solution. We have had no problems at all afterwards. Their prices are very good for consumers. They are quick with their scheduling and arrive on time. We will continue to call on them for services and recommend them to our friends.

Overall satisfactorily. The estimator underbid the job, but the technician was punctual and proficient. They sent him the wrong parts and he managed to fabricate a fire stop support out of sheet metal on site. He maintained an efficient pace and performed an excellent clean up.

Gave quote that same day that I called. He went through every option. Prices were great as well.

For the above incident, Anctil deserves an "F" for responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism in this case.

They were incredibly prompt. Our house was freezing, and they were able to come within a day. They were extremely reasonable.

We scheduled an appointment with Anctil but were able to replace the item ourselves. I am writing only about the appointment/response process. Anctil Heating called us back the same day as we submitted the work request, and we had it scheduled within 3 days. I explained that we might be able to repair it ourselves but had scheduled it just in case, and they were very understanding about that. Well, I almost forgot to call them back to cancel the appt. when we fixed it but they got the message and didn't come out. I appreciated that, as they could easily (and probably, rightly so) have charged us our full service fee (55$).

Bought a new to us house in June. Wanted to make sure that the A/C and furnace were working properly. Had Anctil come out and got signed up on the yearly service plan to have the ac and furnace checked at the beginning of the season. In June, they checked the A/C and took a quick look at the furnace (changed filters). In Oct., they checked the furnace (and changed the filters). They were on time for both service calls. Both people that came out were friendly and respectful. They let me know what they were doing.

The assessment was done in a timely manner. The 36 year old system was in dire need of work which was no surprise to me! The workmen came as scheduled and worked very hard all day to get everything done. They were courteous and knowledgeable. One even brought me a ring he had found under the house! The site was left tidy and the heating system, I am sure, is now in a more efficient and effective condition. All in all, it was a good experience.

Excellent. They apologized for being late in responding to a request for a bid and said because of that delay they would start the job any time we wanted, which was the next day. They did a very professional job, finishing even before they thought they might, tidied up after themselves, and remained professional, polite, but friendly.
