Randy can out to give a bid. He was very helpful. He explained the process for adding a seperate service. He looked at what was present in the garage. He explained that a seperate service wasn't needed. What was needed,was a re-wire of the garage. The present wiring was not efficient.

I thought that they did an amazing job with the wiring. Everything has turned out exceptionally great and I am very pleased. No issues arose while they were completing the work. Even still, I have no problems or concerns. I feel that I got my monies worth and I am very pleased with that. They worked quickly and respectfully. I would highly recommend this company. As long as I have no electrical troubles, how could I complain?

Ok, the electrician was nice but really had me freaked out the whole time because he mentioned "the cost" about 10 times and now I know why.

The electrician showed up at the time agreed on. He studied what needed to be done for about two minutes, and then went to work. It was in a very hard location, and I had studied it for some time before calling in help. He made it look simple. He did the installation in about 1 1/2 hours. The job was beautiful and the cleanup was great. It was well worth the money spent. I have used ABC before and will use them again.

Great! The electrician was really helpful and did a terrific job. Our breaker for half of our kitchen was non-functioning and he got that straightened out very quickly. He then installed two GFCI's in our kitchen that we provided. Then he installed a designated breaker for our dishwasher. We have a finished basement, which makes that a more difficult job, but it looks great. The wiring goes across the ceiling of our laundry room, but it was really well done with the covering. We will definitely use this company for all our electrical needs. We called them a few months ago and the gentleman my husband spoke to was really helpful and we didn't need to have anyone come out for that issue. They're pretty busy, so you might have to wait a few days, but it's absolutely worth it. The electrician was about two hours early, but he called beforehand to make sure that would be OK and it allowed time for the dishwasher breaker, which was additional to our called in project.

The job estimate was for two days to complete the work. Although due to the complexity of the work and the additions I asked for, the work required more time then anticipated. Jerry was always very professional and meticulous in his work. He consistently updated me with the progress of the work. I found it a pleasure working with a craftsman. I definitely recommend ABC Electric.

Arrived within the two hour appointment time frame. Investigated the electrical problems we had and went to work. We appreciate the honest work as well as taking the time to share what we can do to complete the work ourselves. He completed the work under an hour.

The work done by Adam was quick, of high quality, and explained completely. Fire hazards were identified and corrected. Adam cleaned up as he went and provided quality instructions and advice. The work exceeded my expectations.

It went well. The main worker was slightly late the first day, but he called that he was on his way. We re-discussed what was to happen with the person who bid the job as well as the electrician. Once he had a good understanding, I left for work and left him to work. They were honest about what they could and could not do based on the design of the house. The work took 2 days. They were very neat and thorough, kept me in the loop on what they were doing and the kitchen looks great! They didn't have to do 2 small things, so I asked for a small discount at the end and they took $100 off the estimate.

Based on other member reviews, I was really excited to hopefully have this company help me out with my electrical needs. Sadly my phone call was never returned. Based on my two conversations with the receptionist, it seems this is a small company and they might be overwhelmed with work at this time. I will contact another company for help.

Randy came out to do an estimate and see what we needed done. Nice person. The job was split into two different days, not able to accommodate us in one day so the work was performed by two different guys a few weeks apart. The panel appears to look good. They used a silly system I have never seen to place a cover over the top exposed wires of putting two 2x4 boards alongside the panel to affix the top panel too. They forgot to install the final panel and I had to have them come back. They didn't make it in time for inspection but soon after. They do not clean up very well, left quite a large mess in the basement for me to clean up. I didn't know that it was for me to clean up but he said he used up all his hours and could charge me for the clean up or I could do it myself. I did it myself. The work they did seems fine and was approved by the inspector. I am still awaiting a bid sheet spelling out all the work they did, I've asked many times, still waiting. Overall generally good.

Good service. Jerry came to my home. Reviewed with me what I wanted done, explained any possible issues. Jerry was professional, cleaned up after he completed his work. Would call them again.

ABC was prompt, courteous, and did a fantastic job. I have plaster walls, and when I have had work done by electricians in the past, they have made sloppy cuts in the paster and left a mess. I couldn't even tell that ABC had been there. They were on time and did everything exactly as it was bid out. I would definitely consider using them again for future projects.

The work they performed was done in August of 06. In early October, I turned on my furnace and it wouldn't work. I couldn't see anything amiss, so called the furnace people and they discovered the plug to the furnace pump had been unplugged. The only people who had done work in that area was ABC Electric. I was charged $82.00 for a house call by the furnace guy (rather amazing I would say). I wrote ABC a letter and they responded that while the workmen didn't remember unplugging it, it most likely had happened, and offered me $100.00 towards a future job. I responded that while this was very nice, I didn't need any further electrical work and felt a check was more appropriate to the situation. After a few weeks, I heard back that they were going to be sending out a check. While I did have to persevere, they did the appropriate thing for good customer service. I would definitely use them again.

Jerry was on time. I am intuitive, and believe he was genuinely interested in me and my home. He told me he wasn't the cheapest, but was the most thorough. He told me that my attic and kitchen/dining room wiring were fine, put on a junction box cover, changed a plug and checked my attic, basement, kitchen and dining room wiring. He took the time to tell me signs of when I *really* needed rewiring, and what to look for. He went beyond the usual call of duty, by putting in some insulation around my chimney, and advising me not to add more insulation to the attic, as it would be detrimental to the wiring. I learned a lot about wiring, during our visit.

Randy the estimater came to our home 1 week after our call for a free estimate and spent alot of time listening to what it was we wanted and then suggested a way to do the job more efficiently than we'd been told by other electrical companies. We were hooked and signed up! We understood the wait was 4 weeks and we looked forward to the day. On the appointed day, Steve the electrician called us shortly after 8 AM to let us know he was on his way. He spent the entire day here and was very consciencious and thoughtful. The job was done at 4 PM as planned. He didn't even stop for a break or lunch. The city inspector was here the next day and found no issues. We highly recommend ABC electric, they are well worth waiting for!

ABC's estimator was great and took the time to dig into the details of what we wanted to get done, and since there were several issues being addressed, that took some effort. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and efficient and the project came in almost exactly on the estimate total, both for time and money. My only negative comment is that the electricians were under pressure to get the job finished and as a result, missed a few details that had to be addressed later. However, this was outweighed by the company's willingness to step up to the plate and immediately correct the problem.

I got an estimate from Randy in June 2006. Various time constraints meant I didn't schedule the work until late October. Adam showed up about when I was told to expect him, assessed the situation with a few ''Hmm''s as he looked at the mess of wiring in my basement, then got to work. I left for my office and when I came home, everything I'd been quoted four months before had been completed. It looks so much better down there now, and is way safer. I will shop ABC again when I need electrical work done.

The technician arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. All work went well and goals were accomplished. He stayed until the work was done. My only minor complaint was that he left plaster debris at one of the work sites. It was easy to clean up.

They were absolutely wonderful! Steve was just the nicest person to have in your home and was a hard worker! Their cost was much lower than any other bid. The lowest bid we got from anyone else was $3000.
