They provide the best service I've ever experienced. * I got a confirmation call from Samantha the day before - this is a big deal. I then felt I didn't have to worry about whether they'd show up or not. * The representative was actually 15 minutes early; I had informed them that I would be home all day so this was awesome * I got a solid, reasonable quote, and was able to discuss future needs objectively without pressure to schedule service. Even tips on how I might be able to do it myself! I'll now ALWAYS contact Pipeline first for any plumbing needs. Seriously, they rock. I do feel bad though because I can't remember the representative's name who came out to my house. When I get my emailed receipt and it has his name on it, I'll add it to this review if I can.

The charge by jobs are very misleading, sometimes is even more than by hours. Regardless the job/problem is done/solved or not, they just keep billing on you.

Out of 3 requests for bids through Angie's List, Pipeline was by far the most responsive. Rapid and friendly response from the scheduler. They had to cancel the first appointment at the last minute due to an unforeseen scheduling problem but were able to reschedule within 48 hours. Actual visit by the plumber was brief as it turned out to be a much simpler problem than I originally thought. I was able to correct the problem myself. I am writing the review mostly to praise the customer service as they were willing to adjust the bill out of consideration for my time on the missed appointment.

Project was small, but it went very well. Everyone I spoke with from the estimate to the completion of work was very nice. The employee was skilled and through. Will definitely hire again.

Ken and Dakota showed up early (always a plus with a clogged toilet) and cleared it quickly. I am very happy with their skills and professionalism in our home.

The dispatcher was friendly and professional. The plumber was able to come out the same day. Started with the simplest solution and worked their way up. They were friendly and professional. Here about an hour, pretty painless fix for an icky problem. Good plumbers are hard to come by, and this is the best that we've worked with really.

Brent arrived and got right to work, fixing the problem. It was a clogged main-pipe. When He got done, the powder room looked like it never had work done in it. Very professional and clean worker. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

Rep arrived at the agreed time, on the dot. He augured the toilet, retrieving a flushed toothbrush, and also replaced a worn valve. With the Angie's List coupon, we paid less than we were quoted, and got more service than we expected, so overall, Pipeline Plumbing gave us a good deal.

Brent from Pipeline Plumbing arrived early. He quickly inspected the line and was able to narrow down the most likely area where the partial blockage was located. He explained what it would take and how much to clear the line beforehand. The the estimate was very reasonable and in line with what other companies charge for this type of service. Unfortunately the blockage turned out to be a little bit more complicated than initially thought, but Brent tackled the problem very professionally and was able to clear the line. The repair turned out to be quite messy, but Brent cleaned up the work area very thoroughly after he was done.

We were thrilled from start to finish and very impressed with this company. The free estimate went wonderful and he took time to explain each aspect. He helped me prioritize based on my budget and was very honest letting me know which things didn't need the work I thought it did. The two men who did the work were just as wonderful. They did very minimal damage to the drywall (we expected way more based on the work) and cleaned up after themselves. They were respectful of our home and worked hard throughout. We will not hesitate to use them again!!

I needed them badly and they were close. They were very good. I thought the price was a little high. I found a deal later that was some kind of money back so I called them and they sent me a check. They were very nice, polite, they arrived on time. Everything was very nice. He was very professional.

Pipeline Plumbing's front office people are excellent. The plumber who did the repair was highly professional and personable. He instilled confidence and performed the install correctly.

Plumber gave some recommendations and was very helpful. We need to buy a new faucet and he offered us the one he had on his truck already. We decided to get our own and have him come install it. Very professional, polite, and charged only the bare minimum for his visit.

They had the best offer. We took in 5 offers. We haven't had any issues. Their responsiveness was very good. They were very punctual and very organized. They were here on 2 different occasions, maybe 3.

Great. The plumber arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, installed the toilet quickly and I was good to go. I was very happy with the experience.

The service was good, they eventually fixed all the things that is needed to be done.

Could not clear blockage after 4 hours. suggested calling company with small scope.

They were fair about everything. They didn't charge me to come out. The person they sent out was very nice. He knew what he was doing. He did an excellent job and was very efficient and accommodating.

I called Pipeline and they said they would have someone here between 11 and 1. The plumber arrived at 11:30. He was very polite and professional. He checked my plumbing and said that it was all in good working order. He said that the minimum service charge was $50 but then remembered that I found them through Angie's List and said the service was free. Needless to say I was very pleased to find out I did not have a sewer blockage and that it didn't cost me anything.

Pipeline did their best to make everything easy for me. They communicated well, behaved professionally, were on time, explained what they were going to do and did it, actually had ALL THE NECESSARY PARTS ON THE TRUCK, kept my carpet clean on their way into and out of the crawl space. AND WOW - they actually called both the night before and the morning of the scheduled work to confirm when the plumber would arrive! AWESOME! I am very pleased with Pipeline Plumbing.

Responded same day, had me take a picture of the valve so they could have the part when they came, great attitude and responsive to the situation. Fair price given the urgency. Strongly recommended.

They are very expensive. They are very professional, everything went very well. But in the future I probably would get another bid. They are very expensive.

I've used Pipeline for several plumbing jobs at 2 different rental units and have been quite pleased with the the service and availability.
