Bull Mountain Heating AC & Insulation

WOW! We have had other providers do this, tried Bull for the first time after getting a Angie's list deal. The seviceman did all kinds of testing and adjusting that has not been done before, even cleaned and waxed the unit. Spent much more time than others had. Will definitely call them now for any A/C service.

The tech was professional and friendly as was the staff I spoke to on the phone. The service was great and responsive.

They were fast. I asked if they could come the next day and they did! They were on time, friendly and tidy. We were really pleased. We would use them again.

After having a flooded crawlspace with three feet of water, which damaged all of our insulation and duct work, Bull Mountain came out and completed the installation in two days to install new flooring insulation, new duct work, Visqueen and weatherize where needed. Kurt and his crew came out as scheduled and completed the work as scheduled and did a fantastic job.

I wanted them to check to make sure that the refrigerant levels were good in my AC. I was told that "it was not hot enough to check for maximum cooling load even if simulated (covered the outdoor unit with a blanket)" but that they thought it was okay. There was an apprentice/trainee doing most of the work which is fine (there was a trainer there too). If you don't want to get dirty and spray the coils clean yourself, then this promo deal is probably worth it. Next year I'll just get out the hose and do it myself. Call the heating and cooling guys only when it is broken.

Tech showed up as scheduled. Took about forty five minutes to complete. Was professional and did what was needed. When completed office followed up as requested. Solid deal for service provided. Will use them again next year.

I first met the owner before at another job (I'm the GC) but the owner of the property found them. I saw there work and was impressed. In that case the electrician screwed up who the owner of the property hired and the owner of the heating/AC company just took care of it so the A/C could be installed that day. Didn't charge the owner or even mention it. So later I had a listing in Clackamas and the furance had a crack in the heating unit and someone jimmy rigged a new fan that didn't fit correctly. I called one furance company and they gave a Baloney explanation that since someone jimmy rigged the fan that now it wasn't up to specso they couldn't fix it but they were happy to give an estimate for a new furnace (which came in at $6,000). My BS meter hit a high so I decided to call another furnace company and remembered Bull Mountain did a job for a client of mine a while back. Bull Mt. said they could fix it and didn't need to replace it. I thought cool I'll look like a hero to my client since my client thought they might have to spend $6K to replace their furnace/AC combo unit. The estimate came in just shy of $1,500. Dealing with their technician on the job was pleasant but the tech finished the job a lot quicker than what they estimated it to take, so they discounted the amount down from $1500 to about $1200! Now isn't that an honest shop! How many companies out there would actually do that rather then keep there mouth shut and just charge the full amount? I will no doubt not hesitate to use this company again.

Good. The provider furnace tune-up included cleaning and checking gas burners, pilot assembly, thermo-couple, burner flame (gas-pressure adjustment), heat exchanger, flue venting, fan control, safety device and electrical wiring, blower speed, amp draw, and belt (tension adjustment); lubricating all moving parts; checking for overall safe operation.

Bull Mountain called and scheduled a convenient 2hr window. The technician call 30 minutes prior to arriving and arrived right on time. He was very polite and professional, he had to go into our attic to service the furnace. Did a complete clean up and check of the furnace. Great service. Really great. The service guy was efficient and prompt. He answered all my questions. I would recommend this company any time and will use them again. They will be the first company I call for a replacement quote next spring.

The technician arrived earlier than the window, but called ahead to make sure that was okay. He was exceptionally professional and friendly. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything or even push future services. I appreciate that approach and Bull Mountain will be my first call the next time I need work on my furnace.

They did a great job.. Shahram was the name of my service technician and he was very polite, professional, and thorough. The company did tell me that the Angies List offer was only for new customers, but they would let me (a repeat customer) use it this time, since I had already purchased the deal. I did have to wait 6 or 8 weeks for an opening, but that wasn't a problem, since the air conditioner was not malfunctioning.

Excellent. They arrived in the time window state (small window, 8-10am). They did a good job of cleaning and inspecting our heating system. We also needed an estimate for an AC system. They took measurements while they were here and are working on estimate for us.

Very smooth process - they contacted me within a day after I purchased the deal through Angie's List and it was easy to schedule. They came out on time and performed the service on our heater as agreed. No complaints at all!

Went great. I had him service my furnace at the house I was selling and then again the house I was buying. Unfortunately didn't have him service the AC but had him come back to fix it a month later when it broke down and he did that for a very reasonable price as well. Signed them up for a service contract at the office as well.
