I paid for two Angie's List deals from Bull Mountain HVAC, one for service on the furnace, and one for the AC. I watched Wendel do both and was happy with how he treated my equipment and answered my questions about the process. He also discharged the coolant lines for another unit I was removing and helped me understand what I needed to do to finish the job (which I wanted to do myself). He charged me a half hour for the additional work, which was great. Overall, dealing with the office staff and the tech went very well and I would have no problem referring people or using them again.

Was shocked about the price of r-22. But the technician explained as to why it was so high and it wasn't some c*** and bull story. Everything he shared with me was the honest truth. Very thankful for an honest answer and not some fluffy story.

Furnace was not working. Fit us into schedule, diagnosed problem, removed old part and installed temporary new part as they needed to order part to spec. Installed new filters. Came back again and reinstalled new part. Furnace is working great.

Well, my first appointment did not go so well and I left a message. I did get a phone call the following weekday and was told they could send me a different technician. Boy, I was so happy. Richard came right on time and went way above and beyond my expectations for service. He was here over a hour and did outstanding work on my furnace and ac.I am so glad he came out. Richard was very professional and I would definitely use his service again. Thank you very much.

Exceptional work and customer service. The airflow upstairs was very weak. Wendel performed the initial inspection and service. He measured the air velocity at each of the vents and and took notes back to the office. I was then contacted by Kurt who set up an appointment for further inspection of the venting layout. He emailed a proposal to me the same afternoon and we scheduled the work to be done. Jon installed the changes from Kurt's recommendations and then Jon and Kurt both came back a few days later to make a few revisions. The end result is even heat distribution and airflow from all of the vents throughout the house. Each team member was very courteous, prompt, neat and efficient and I could not be more pleased with their work. Great job!!

he showed up on time, was not here very long,maybe half hour. He for got to turn breaker back on was trying to figure out why ac was not working. figured it out next couple days

They were great. They came out, went under our house for our furnaces, take a look at it, did some tuning, and replaced our thermostat because the our furnace was not the issue. I think the price was fine.

The install threw us all a few curve balls, but through it all, they were completely professional and easy to work with.

The service went very well. They were very professional, and answered my questions. The assessment was free, and the bid for the energy improvement was 15000 Dollars. They left the paperwork on my porch by accident, and I had to contact them to get it back. The price was too high for my budget. I am not sure if I will use them in the future. They are a little overpriced.

I purchased a $45 Angies List deal for this service and was very happy with the service. The company came out on my first listed available date, gave me a 2 hour window for arrival time, then followed up with a phone call to let me know that it would be nearer the end of the 2 hours, rather than at the beginning. The service tech, Wendall, was great! He showed me how to change the filters and gave me advice about how to select a good filter when I purchase replacements. The telephone person, Julie(?) was also wonderfully courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Service was excellent, installation and system performance was even better. We have not regretted this decision for a moment. Very happy with the outcome. The service provided to me by Bull Mountain Heating, AC & Insulation came out really well. They were really responsive and very helpful.

I had been told that repairing my furnace would not be cost effective and that I might as well get a new one. I was getting estimates for a new furnace and called Bull Mountain. Brian, the sales guy came out and was dubious that our furnace's heat exchanger was actually cracked because our CO alarm wasn't reading anything. He suggested that their repair guy come out and look at the furnace before we did anything. That sounded good and ....hmmm...maybe Mike was his name? ( I should remember my new best friend's name)....came out and determined that yes, it was cracked. But wait a minute - he says - let me check on the warranty. To my surprise, the thing is under warranty! And Bull Mtn will swap out the part for $235. in labor! Sounds too good to be true doesn't it? That's what I kept thinking. But no - they came when they said, did the work at the price they stated and now I have a new heat exchanger with a new warranty.

Bull Mountain Heating?s owner Jack Hansen was referred to me by his competitor companies as someone that would be the most help regarding my Complete Heat system. He came out with Richard, a technician, on a service call to diagnose my system. When we found out we had to replace it, Bull Mountain fairly negotiated options that would best fit my needs. I chose to move forward with a furnace and water heater, and the Bull Mountain team was able to install the next day. Installers, technicians and office staff are prompt and courteous.

In general Bull Mountain heating provided a courteous and professional service. The job took less than 8 hours. The area inside of the house was kept clean from insulating material using barrier wrap and shoe covers were used when working within the house. There was a small mess left outside but it was minor. There was only a couple issues in having to call back on getting the initial quote, but otherwise the initial bid experience and followup were great.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Their work required that they access both crawl space and in attic. Two men worked well together for 2days and they cleaned up after themselves completely after they done all the jobs. After the installation, the QC manager, Kurt M Hansen, came back to my home to ensure that the job was completed to his expectations. I really appreciated the follow-up.

The representative who came out was very professional and personable. They are a family business and use green products which I like to support. They provided a bid and they even did the work to include the energy incentives. The bid was higher than another so I went with someone else.

My appointment was scheduled for the day after I called the office with no problem. The technician called to say that he was running early and could come prior to our scheduled time, but I wasn't available earlier. He still showed up in the 2 hour appointment window and I received a courtesy call from the office letting me know when he was 30 minutes out. He diagnosed the problem, but it needed a part that was not with him. We scheduled for the following day to complete the work and it was done on time and without an issue.

Early this summer, my husband and I noticed that a chimney pipe had toppled over on the roof. We called our favorite roof maintenance company (AA Roof Maintenance), since we knew it was time for the regular cedar roof treatment. The technician brought down the rusted pipe and informed us we needed a new roof. He took all the information off the flashing, and didn't even charge us for the visit. Finding that the pipe wasn't easily available for retail customers, we asked the roofers we were interviewing about replacing it. Most said, "Sure, no problem!" The roofer we selected (Prime Roofing), however, said that he wasn't comfortable replacing it because it was an unusual failure, and he suggested we get a heating contractor to look at it. We had worked with Bull Mountain Heating a few years ago; they had saved my bacon sending out a technician within an hour of my call on a 107 degree day when I turned on the A/C and got nothing when I had house guests coming that evening. (Great way to engender customer loyalty!) They sent someone out promptly when I called this time, and he seconded my roofer, saying this was a very unusual sort of failure. After extensive investigations (roof, two attic spaces, and the garage), he concluded that the problem had been water leaking in around screws attaching the chimney to the pipe below at the roofline. They ended up replacing the pipe down into the attic, working very hard to get frozen joints loosened without damaging the lower sections. They rejiggered the pipe configuration so that the piece extending above the roofline would not have any exposed connections, avoiding any possible repeat of the initial problem. I was very impressed at their thoroughness and care.

It was a great experience. They got the things done on time and I'm very happy with their work. I decided to use them because they are local, their price was right, and they were able to come and help us out quickly.

I hired the guy, and he came over to repair my air conditioner. I think they were good and would recommend them to others. They are professional, their rates are reasonable and their prices are comparable with the competition.

I was reallly impressed with the professiionalism of the technician- he was very thorough, and did a great job explaining what he was going to do before getting started, then followed-up afterwards letting me know specifics and findings.
