[Update 01/01/2016] The heating system just went down (its probably the flame sensor or the ignitor.) I'm disappointed that the service tech could not tell us about and update/clean these parts. Its a really bad time for this to go out (new years' eve). I'm not sure what a simple tune up means then, with addition cost for blower cleaning. I've decided to try another service provider for urgent help. It was an effort to anticipate these issues that I chose to get a service done over the summer. To me it seems like this was not done. [Original 07/21/2015] He seems to have done a good job. While we aren't using the heater for heating the house yet, I believe the system seems to be working fine. My wife had a hard time communicating and understanding what the technician was saying, but since I had gotten a gauge of what we'd wanted via email with Bull Mountain A/C (AngiesList mail), I was able to just request for what we wanted. We wanted the blower cleaned in detail, not just the basic furnace cleaning that comes with $45 flyer (in fact, I'm really not sure what really comes with the $45 offer). They said (via email) that detailed cleaning of the blower would cost around $195/hr, and the technician charged us that as the balance (i.e. I paid a total of $200 or so, including the $45 that we owed for basic service). So I think they charged me exactly as they had contracted, which is very good.

Showed up on time and performed required maintenance. I had to schedule a follow up appt to replace a capacitor and top off coolant.

The day arrived and the workers showed up and began work on replacing the system. It went as expected and expertly.

It went pretty well. There were additional charges beyond the big deal price because when they got there, my furnace wasn't running. They had to do some problem-solving. So, I paid an additional $45 for that. I would probably not use them again in future. It's not because of them, though, but because my furnace requires a different kind of attention.

They arrived at the first part of the time slot and were very professional. They had to leave to buy the replacement part, but came right back and installed it.

une 26 was the first visit, I don't remember the date of the 2nd visit but it was only a few days after the original visit.Basically, I guess it went okay. The servicemen came, looked at everything, cleaned the ac coil. They said that was all they could do. They used my hose. They did not put it back where it belongs, and they did not turn off the water!

Did a good job and did not try to sell me something I did not need.

They were great to schedule with and very polite. They showed up on time, serviced our AC and also left detailed documentation for things to watch out for. They also cleaned up, and were understanding that we had two dogs would barked the whole time. Overall, I will gladly use this company again!

This is a small family business and they were wonderful! I had the honor of both the father and son checking the system out and had no doubt that they both knew what they were doing and took great care of us.

I bought the $45 service deal and Bull Mountain provided a second deal for the same price for my other unit. Wendell called when he was in route to my home and arrived within 20 minutes of the call, perfect. He went right to work on the gas furnace and performed the service. Then he went to work on the AC unit. We ran into some unexpected maintenance issues, a build up of lint due to the dryer vent being too close to the unit. Wendell was very thorough which required a charge for additional time spent but it was well worth it. He was very diligent and even gave me a suggestion for a way to temporarily address the issue until I can get a permanent fix in place. Responsive, quick scheduling and excellent on site service, I will definitely use them again.

The company scheduled an appointment with a two hour window for arrival time. The technician called a half hour before arrival. He was friendly, professional and very willing to answer questions. He cleaned and did the maintenance he could on the unit, checked the connection with the furnace, and ran it to assure it was working properly. I would use the company again for heating and a/c needs. The price was very reasonable.

The technician cleaned and checked out furnace unit. Explained overall condition of furnace unit (very good) and what work was performed. Would definitely use them again.

You are suppose to provide service within 3 days but that did not happen.
