Paul was very responsive and setup an appointment to diagnose my needs and current system. I took my computer to his house and within a day he provided me with his findings. Paul built a computer to best suit my needs. I went from XP to Windows 7,(a two level jump) Paul was able to transfer the bulk of my files from XP to Windows 7 - - for me this was huge! Paul took the time to show me how Windows 7 works and sent time via the phone helping me understand the new system. Paul is knowledgeable about computers and software. Paul has the ability to explain and teach computers/software in plain every day English. I will use Paul again and highly recommend him.

We called Paul (found on Angies List) on Sept. 14/10 and explained the problems we were having with our blackberry and printer. He said he could be at our home at noon and arrived exactly at 12:00. We were already impressed. It took him awhile to get the blackberry synced to our desktop (outlook) and then the scanning problems fixed, but he worked diligently until both problems were solved. We were again impressed with his very pleasant personality and knowledge of computers and printers. He took time to explain everything to us in detail. We will definitely call Paul again with any future computer/blackberry/printer issues.

Smooth process. Made an appt to bring in computers. He checked them out and called back on the same day to let me know what he recommended. The job was completed w/in a day. When I picked up the computers, he had a lot of advice on how to keep our computers going for a long time and working quickly.

He arrived on time, behaved with perfect professionalism at all times, really knows what he is doing and did the work quickly and well. I would definately use him again and I recommend his services.

On our latest job Paul arrived on time, and listened carefully while I went through the details of the work. We needed Windows 7 loaded on our Media PC and the photos and music moved. He gave advice of work that he could do and also work that was not worth doing due to the cost. He gave me several options and priced each one. All the quoted work was considerable cheaper than each places. He returned the PC as agreed within a couple days and everything worked satisfactorily. All the data was present and all the software, plus some extra useful utilities, were present. As mentioned Paul has done various jobs for us and all of them have been exceptional quality and very reasonable from a price prospective. He is available when needed and I do not have the hassle of taking machines to a store or waiting 2 weeks for them to begin to look at them. There is no comparison to the major stores that do this type of work ? Paul beats them hands down.

Paul is very responsible, ask's good questions and actually listens. He is fair with how he estimates the time it will take and in how he prices for services rendered. Never an issue is quality of work and his diagnoses ability is second to none. We will use him everytime we have a need and have recomended him to many friends and colleauges.

He was pleasant and I do not use many people for this type of work and he did a good job.

He was always on time, always did what he said he would do. I am convinced he did not bill me for all the hours he spent working on our system. In the ensuing two years, he has had to come over from time to time to help us out -- not due to his original work's failing, but rather due to my or staff's weakness in using computers and software! I would use him again in a heartbeat! He's a fine man.

Excellent as always. Whenever I have called Paul, he arrives at my home promptly, and always fixes my problems. I have absolutely NO worries when I call him. He is an expert on computer repair. When my grandson destroyed my hard drive, Paul was able to restore all lost info and repair my computer. He is the only person I trust to work on my computer. He is the BEST!

I installed Panda antivirus software on my desktop computer at the recommendation of someone working at Office Max (in the past I had always used Norton). My computer immediately started acting weird and I figured I had picked up a virus. I called Paul and he had me bring my computer to his house that day. By the next day he had diagnosed and fixed the problem (a virus) and I was back in business. Since I work from home and need my computer, his prompt attention to this was greatly appreciated. This was the third or fourth time I had used Paul and I have been consistently impressed with his expertise, professionalism and prompt service. I would highly recommend him.

I have used Paul Johnson on four occasions to date. I got his name from a friend who highly recommended him. One is always leery of using someone for the first time and I wasn't any different. However, after meeting him, he set me at ease. He was very professional and knowledgable and continues to be. He has helped me with my CD/DVD drive problems, helped me learn how to use my external backup drive, helped me organize my thousands of photos, educated me on Mozy (an online backup program), along with fixing my iTune problems. He has come to our home, I have dropped my laptop off at his home and once we even met on the road and I handed off my computer. :) I have been very pleased with Paul's work and his sensitivity to my concerns and problems. I am not a computer whiz and he doesn't make me feel like I am stupid...all questions are up for review. I would highly recommend Paul for his knowledge, his kind heart and professionalism. Paul would always show up when he said he would (not an 8-12 window or a 1-4 time slot).And then he would keep me updated with his progress. Where else can you get this kind of service? Paul properly diagnosed the need for a new Windows operating system installation after all attempts to remove the existing virus were unsuccessful. His work was professional, appropriately priced and the outcome was excellent. My Dell Computer is operational again with Windows 7 and I am pleased.
