Fine, solved the problem.

Paul did a complete tuneup and it has never run faster. It no longer is freezing up. And he gave me a Windows 7 start button for my Windows 8.1 Operating System

I called Paul and explained the problem. He said he would have to run a diagnostic program on it and would call to let me know if the data was recoverable. If it wasn't there would be no charge. I dropped the laptop at his house and when he called a few days later (it was over a long weekend) he told me it was possible to recover the data and that the charge would be $120. I thought that was quite reasonable and told him to go ahead. Paul was able to recover my data and then reinstalled Windows 10. The computer is working fine now, just like new. Paul was professional and courteous throughout.

As stated above, it went great, for a more than fair price.

Paul arrived on time as agreed and spent two hours thoroughly going through the computer and deleting all the programs that had been put on the system. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and professional. We will use Paul in the future and highly recommend him to others.

Paul is very knowledgeable and helped to diagnose a tricky computer virus on my office computer. He came out the same day. Was prompt, punctual and very professional. We will definitely use him again!

Paul was able to retrieve all the information on a burnt out laptop and transfer it to a new laptop.  He did a super job and provided us with a lot of additional information.

I was expecting that he would need to reinstall Windows 7, but he was able to clean it up and he suggested an anti virus program that was more appropriate for an older laptop. I was very pleased with his service and would call him again for any computer issues I have in the future.

We are extremely satisfied with Paul's services.  We had many problems with our old computers and we realized we needed new ones. The task of finding someone that is knowledgable, prompt, on-schedule and trustworthy with all of our business information seemed difficult, but I went on Angie's List and read all of his customer reviews and chose him for the job.  Paul was perfect.  He worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly and was accessable anytime we called.  He did a lot of work over the weekends due to the fact that we needed our computer for business days.  He was dedicated to our computer project and we couldn't have done it without him.  Now that we've worked with him and he knows our computers it's like we have our own IT guy for our small business.  It's reassuring to have him to call if the need arises in the future and he knows our whole set-up.

I was pleased with the quality of service provided. He has also made himself available for follow up and has worked overtime to try and find some missing files on the old hard drive.

Computer was running extremely slow, and wouldn't shut down correctly.  Paul removed spyware, unused programs and just did a thorough cleaning  of conflicting programs, plus some needed updates.  That in itself was only $75.  He suggested adding more memory to speed it up even more, which I did, for an additional $75.  My computer runs so much faster and images load like they should.  Service was very prompt and professional.  I will use him again.

He was nice but I did think he was a little expensive.
