Did a good job

This was a pretty straight forward service call on our two gas fireplaces. From the research I did their price for service is very competitive. I spoke with Margaret who was professional and friendly sent me an estimate within a day or two and an appointment was set up. No fuss no muss....Keven arrived a half hour early and got right to work.. The man knows his fireplaces and I will echo what others have said which is HONEST!! I have no idea as to the workings of the fireplace and he COULD have said we needed new equipment and other items to replace what I thought was a faulty switch but did not. He answered all my many questions and the fireplaces are clean and operational for the winter. He will be my go to for future Gas fireplace needs..

If you are looking to get fireplace up and running, this guy will do it for you. Communication is not a strength. He diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. I thought I was getting the whole fireplace serviced but only fixed the issue. Glad to have it running again.

He had to re-tool a fixture in my gas fireplace but did not charge extra for this service. On time, friendly and on budget. I woud use this service again.

Really terrible communication, lack of organization, and virtually no follow through. Worst experience I have ever had. Reviews on other sites warn about this company, wish I would have known before I wasted months trying to track these guys down. Summary: - Missed appointment window (twice) - came out, said they needed to order a part. - didn't respond to text or email after over 7 attempts - a month later billed me for $175, still no other communication and still no working fireplace - got a nice email saying they had fired that employee and asked to try again, I did. - same guy (Ryan) came back out with the wrong part. - didn't put the fireplace back together fully - 2 weeks, no communication (he said he would follow up with the right part) - no response to the text or email I'm done waiting. I feel foolish for trying so hard to make this work.

Kevin got my fireplaces working! He is efficient, respectful of the home (he covered the carpet by the fireplace to keep it clean), knowledgeable, and courteous. Pricing is great.

They were super responsive. Kevin happened to be passing by the neighborhood as we spoke and wanted to know if he could come by right away. We were concerned about a wood-burning stove and he checked it out, cleaned a few things and confirmed that it was in good working order. Thank you!
