About us

Hello, I'm Kevin, Owner and operator of Lionheart Fire & Hearth, LLC dba Refiners Fire Services. My goal is to provide quality service at an affordable rate year after year. If I can't fix it, I don't charge. When I service a direct vent gas fireplace, 80-90% of my service does not require parts replacement, just a bit of expertise in cleaning and adjusting and knowing when to replace a part and when not to. I also install wood stoves and inserts, install and service freestanding gas stoves, inserts and built-in fireplace, install and service firepits and BBQs. I can extend and install gas lines indoors or out and underground. Cold, windy, rainy days still ahead, if you enjoy a warm cozy and romantic evening with your spouse in front of the fire, but it's not working or looking so good.... call me! I will come out and inspect, clean and adjust it so it's warm and cozy I have been in the industry for over 20 years and now own and operate my own fireplace business.

Very responsive when scheduling upon recieving info from home advisor. Nice time frame of getting the job done. The tech, who I believe is the owner, call stating he was running early asking if it was okay to show early. Very prompt, no muss, no fuss finish very quickly and did a nice job cleaning the fireplace and even spray painted the metal around the fireplace. Looked like a new fireplace. Very happy with the service!
