Our project was fantastic from beginning to end. We were contacted very shortly after I submitted my request to HomeAdvisor, a visit for a free quote was quickly scheduled, and we received the estimate the same day. Work was scheduled about a month out and was completed on time. Installers worked incredibly hard and fast, but also did such a great job that even the inspector was impressed with their work. Easy to give this company my highest recommendation.

A great family business that is not out to drain your wallet. I really appreciated Jim the tech who did an amazing job cleaning, checking every component and replacing the Thermopyle. Honest quote without hidden charges. No trip charge on top of the service call and the part was minimal compared to other quotes. They will be my first choice from now on.

We just moved into our new home and wanted to make sure our gas fireplace was cleaned and tuned up, and working as it should. Their inspection and maintenance of each part was thorough and now we feel safe to use it as a secondary source of heat. Thank you!

These people stayed in good communication until the project was finished. The work quality was excellent. My gas stove is putting out maximum btu's now and is heating my entire house without the use of my furnace. I would recomend them to everyone.

Unfortunately, the technician was unable to arrive at the specified time, twice. The first time, I rescheduled after waiting more than 1 1/2 hours beyond the appointment. The second time, I canceled the service altogether after waiting 30 minutes beyond the appointment and not receiving a running late call. Your experience might be better.

Repair guy was very nice, but it was a strange experience when he arrived. He had let me know he would be about 20 minutes late, no problem. I saw him arrive and he sat in van for 45 minutes before coming in and a neighbor had called police as he was in fire zone and blocking mailboxes. When I asked if he was FP guy he said yes but needed to move van as he was in fire zone. He disappeared for another 15 minutes before coming in, making him over an hour late. He was very nice and did the job but I just did not understand what was going on or causing the delay.
