Hired to help install pellet stove and they were good to work with and a better price then anyone else.

Kevin is respectful of your home by spreading large cover in front of fireplace before starting project. Works fast. I had no repairs to be made, just checked switches etc. . Main issue was a buildup of white film over entire inside of fire box and on screen. He was unable to remove much in the box itself, but did clean the glass front very well. Feel it was a little high priced for the time it took, but what isnâ t now days.

Was 1.5 hrs late. When done quotes a price over what was quoted over the phone. One of my burners was not adjusted and is burning incorrectly.

had them do maintenance for a chimney flu gas fume blowback problem. So far everything looks and works just fine. I'd hire them again if needed!

Do not hire for a BBQ cleaning service. Job was not thorough. I am sure they do other work well , but this seemed like a random side job the provider had no real interest in doing.

Maryann was friendly and helpful over the phone. Kevin was also friendly and helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions. He patiently showed me how to light the pilot and how to clean the glass which is very much appreciated.

They are in demand so it took a bit to get them out, but once they were here, they were fast, efficient with great service. He even showed me how to light the pilot light when it goes out periodically. He also gave me good recommendations on how to improve our system and even be prepare our home for outage. Fantastic service, very happy.
