Service technician was friendly and on time. Service call was too long- 2hours, and I uncovered the lids to the septic tank.. Technician did not attach the lids to the septic tank properly. I had to reattach the lids and cover the septic tank.

Center panel in tank that separates solids and liquids collapsed when being pumped. An old tank, not the fault of the service. I was assured by Chris that tank would work OK for a few years as is. Cost very reasonable, and he showed up within the timeframe promised....Good Job!
