Description of Work: T&K Mechanical installed new tankless hot water heater, submain gas line and branch for gas stove and evaluating need for upsized meter for kitchen remodel in 2008. Subsequently returned for additional modifications in 2011. All work was performed on time, with good explanation of what preparations were required and what decisions needed to be made ahead of time. |This included coordinating with NW Natural retail store and ensuring that the meter was likely of adequate size and hence avoiding the new meter. |Quote was less than competitors and personalized, local service from a family-owned company was stellar.
