Juan was absolutely incredible to work with...we have a rental property in Eugene and were trying to get bids and manage maintenance from Denver. We had an amazing number of no shows (by other local lawn care companies) for the initial bid, but Juan was there exactly when he said and was extremely fair on pricing ( it was a BIG initial cleanup). I offered to pay him half upfront, he refused...actually came 3 days EARLIER to do the clean up... I don't know about you but this has NEVER been my experience with contractors... did a beautiful job and I had to contact him to pay him!!! :). He's done GREAT work, always on time and great communicating long distance! If I could give him more stars I would but hopefully I can at least give him more work :)!

Scheduled me for the next day. The work ethics of this company is above and beyond. They take pride in doing a great job and it shows in my yard.

I'm very pleased with the work of Juan and his crew . I hired them to do a fall cleanup in my backyard. My lot is very small but I had let it go since spring, so it was quite a mess. They were on time, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend J C Landscape.

We were looking for someone to clear brush and install field fencing along 700' of our sloped property line. I called 7 different companies, but only three responded and they could not start the work for another 8 weeks. I called Juan the next morning and he was able to come out same day to provide an estimate. After the estimate Juan was out the following week to start work with a small crew. We changed the scope mid project based upon some ideas Juan suggested and he was very accomodating. Upon completion of the project the final invoice was less than we originally agreed to. Throughout my experience Juan was very responsive, flexible, and professional and the end result was just what we wanted. I will be having Juan come back out later in the year to tackle another stretch of our property line.

On time, friendly, great work and clean up. Fair price. Highly recommend!! Will use again.
