INTEGRITY AUTO

I was very shocked how fast they finished it this morning; I expected it would be "end of day" but they had it back to me by 1100 am. Not only that but they washed the car as well. As a note, something you don't see elsewhere is Integrity has "loaner cars", something I haven't seen in more years that I want to think about. Very important note: the reason I gave a "B" on price is simply because I have no idea what a comparable job would cost elsewhere. However, I am happy with the entire visit that I will be going to Integrity in the future, to the loss of my previous regular shop.

Brought my car to this place for the first time because they had a coupon for an inexpensive oil change. I'm used to oil change places trying to up-sell you a variety of services but this place takes the cake. They told me my brakes were dangerously low and needed immediate repair. I said fine, I'd take care of it later as I didn't have time today. He went on to tell me how they could go out at any moment and he strongly advised against my leaving without the brakes being repaired. I again thanked him and refused the service. He then typed up a sheet of paper saying the car was in no condition to drive and the customer was taking the car on the road anyway and that they were not responsible for any accident that occurred. I had to sign the paper in order to get the keys to my car. My brakes had not been squeaking and felt fine but of course I was concerned and took it to my trusted mechanic the next day. He did a thorough brake inspection and said that the pads were getting low with about 20-25% usable life left but in no conceivable way were they a driving danger. He was furious when I told him what so called Integrity Auto had said and done. It was all I could do to keep him from going there and confronting the owner. I think if my husband was there they never would have had the nerve to lie and try to scare him. They think they can get away with such intimidation with woman.
As a side note, before the scare tactic, I had told Integrity that I'd checked them out on Angie's List and they had a good reputation. He said that Angie's List charges business owners for good reviews and he has nothing to do with them and I shouldn't either.

EXCELLENT company. We purchased their car care club so this service (normally $45) was free. This was for our 2009 Honda Fit. They have also done work on our 2004 Toyota Sienna. Their facility is always so clean and neat. They are responsive and professional on the telephone. Mike, the owner, drove my husband home and came and got him when the car was ready. It's hard ot find a trustworthy mechanic but Integrity lives up to its name. We will be doing business with them for a long time.

Great place i live close so recommended to my parents, great service and fast. Have been going here for awhile now, great people and a good price. Service is top notch for what they do.

They diagnosed why the default to 2nd gear was occurring intermittently, temp sensor failure. Rear seal leaks causing brake drums to not function right. They looked at the car the day I called. Gave me a good explanation as we looked at the problems on the lift. Gave me a complete cost estimate. Applied a coupon discount. The car was ready when they said it would be. Mike and Jim seem very knowledgeable and experienced in their field.

The check-engine light on my wife's car was on for about a week, and then one morning my wife told me the car wouldn't start. So, we had it towed to Integrity, which was a nearly random choice. Turns out the battery was just dead (it was a busy morning and I didn't even check for obvious solutions: my mistake there). Integrity ran the diagnostics to see why the check-engine light was on, and in addition also quoted me, no kidding, about a dozen other "required" services, the total of which would have been about two-thirds the value of the car itself. What really got my attention, however, was that one of the services quoted (a clutch hydraulic fluid flush) had already been performed about a month earlier by another mechanic. I immediately paid for the current services rendered and picked up my car. The man at the shop claimed it was a mistake (and offered to refund the cost of the diagnostics check), and it may have been, but even if it was, I didn't need unnecessary services performed on my car by accident any more than I did by fraud. I took the car to a family friend and the problem with the check-engine light was taken care of without any fuss or padding, like it should have been in the first place.
