It was great and they did really well. They arrived on time. It was sort of hard to schedule the appointment at first but then we got in sync pretty quickly.

It was okay. I paid an extra amount. It looks random and it doesn’t look natural. They requested that I not use my Angie’s List coupon. This was kind of a tension between me and the provider for a couple of weeks because I wanted the discount that they were offering on Angie’s List. I’m not sure if I really got the discount or not. I’m really not sure how the pricing worked out. It really was confusing. He told me that he could give me a good deal. I want the coupon to be honored. He gave me something then broke it pout to 3 different categories. One being doing the backyard and the other one being the front yard. He added in a fence and a gate along with the coupon. There was never a breakdown of what materials cost. He said that was the reason why he could not write it up to show me how the coupon has been honored because they just charge by the linear foot. They don’t charge by man hours and cost of materials. It seems to be ridiculous because they do know how much their materials cost.

I gave them a list and I asked them if they could get all of the work done. They did good at staying on top of activities until the last hour and all they did was blow weeds and I asked them not to blow them into the covert, they broke one of my glazing bowls and did not tell me. I had asked for some weed pulling to be done and they did not do it. There were two people. I had them do some planting, which they did really well. That only took them about 40 minutes. I asked them about fixing a fountain pump; they could not do it. They did not do all of the top five that I wanted done. They did a good job on the stumps and trimming. They did pretty good until I had to leave for some business. I thought that the pricing for the time allowed was pretty good. The quality of the service that they did do was good. They did call me and they did show up a little bit early which was good. They were good on the professionalism. I probably would not use them again.

Overall a good company to work with. We purchase 2 of the big deals as our yard was in need of major prunning. Both afternoons they ran about 1 to 1.5 hours late but once here got straight to work. At times is was difficult to communicate with the workers but we did manage.

Cleaned up leaves, mowed, Edged plant area, removed blackberries and sprayed weeds. They worked quickly and checked in with any questions and for the next project. Very happy with the whole thing.

They weeded the entire property, trimmed trees and bushes. It was completed as discussed, and everything went well.

I was very happy with them. I have used them a couple of times. I paid them a couple of hundred over the coupon because there was extra work. They took the time to explain it and gave me some advice on what to do. I was really pleased and I plan on using them in the future.

They were consummate professionals who worked extremely quickly, taking breaks only to grab a quick drink of water every so often (as it was 102 degrees outside). The results were beautiful and we couldn't have asked for better results. We'd absolutely recommend them again!

I liked these guys very much! They were friendly, on time, hard working and made my yard look great. It was a FULL day of work and I feel like I got a lot for my money. We have a very large yard and slope with a lot of trees and plants - they got around to everything in just one day. Other landscape companies have take two full days and have charged over twice as much.

I purchased three coupons for this work. Office staff worked hard to get service scheduled quickly which was a feat given everyone was wanting fall cleanup projects completed. Workers showed up, followed directions, and worked hard. The overall experience was GREAT!

We bought their Big Deal; it worked out fine. We were satisfied; in fact, we had them come out again to do it a second time.

I would recommend this contractor but would check the clean up better than I did the front was left quite messy and I would ask to have the samples of colors and stamps up front and not on the day the installation. The e mail samples just did not do it. Better communication and clean up would be good. Don't get me wrong this was a solid job. But nothing eztra could of done more on the roots and made the lawn smoother,

The guys arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment. We walked around the house and I described what I wanted done, which included edging. I pointed that out to them a couple of times and in the end it did not get done. I think it was a language issue or they actually didn't have all the necessary tools. There were a few times I looked out the window and I could see not much work was getting done (they were chatting with each other), so I went outside to make my presence known. I can say they came and did their job, but I might try someone else next time.

We were very happy with the work that Forest Landscape performed. They always let us know their schedule, they always cleaned up, and they did a beautiful job. Everyone was very easy to get along with.

I received three bids from local fencing companies and Forest landscapes bid from a cost perspective was the middle bid. The reason I chose Forest was because of their concrete experience and overall approach to the job. My existing fence was built on a concrete pad and rock retaining wall so this made the job much more difficult. The other two companies were a little uncertain how to best approach installing the post on the retaining wall and removal & installation on the concrete pad. Jose was the estimator for Forest and he made it very clear the best approach and precisely how they would accomplish the job. He answered all of my questions during the walk through and after I received the bid from their company. The crew was supposed to start the project on October 1st, but due to the excessive rain over the weekend & Monday morning they needed to delay work for one day. It took their crew almost 3 full days to complete the work. Day 1 they removed all the old fencing and post. Pulled our the concrete cutter remove the old posts and place the new ones. They completed installing all of the fencing posts. Day 2 they installed all the rails. Day 3 they installed all of the fencing boards, built our new gate, and installed the 30 ft section of cyclone fencing. The crew was very nice and cleaned up everything. There was no mess left behind and in fact it was cleaner than before they started on the job. The top rail really looks nice and give our backyard a completely new look. They patched up the concrete pad where the posts were and I am very please with all of the work they performed. I highly recommend this company. Very happy with the work performed and the fence looks outstanding.

Forest landscaping sent out two men for a total of four hours. Initially I had difficulty with the responsiveness for scheduling, but based on the job they did, am able to overlook that. The gentlemen showed up about 10 minutes ahead of schedule. They were courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job trimming my maple tree and a very overgrown magnolia tree. They wored fast enought that they also had time to trim a small dogwood and another unknown variety. They asked for minimal direction and approval, but worked without any necessary supervision, and did an outstanding job on the work and clean up. I am a very happy cutomer!

Generally good. but not so efficient. Waist a lot of time at the beginning. so at the end, can not finish what they promised.

I think the concrete on the back of my house was done very well and I am pleased with it. We were not very happy with the patio. He did everything right with the stamped concrete, however, we just did not like how the coating turned out. They did not admitt that the concrete did not come out well. I would not recommend their service.

It didn't "go" at all. Working w/Angies List to get another provider and/or refund for the 'big deal'.

The young man who came out was professional and very nice. Both my wife and I were comfortable with him and would have used his company to build our retaining wall but the estimate was significantly higher than others we received.

Edges of new turf not even in many areas and do not follow line of previous turf - that is less than the previous turf. 1000sq ft of turf was paid for, but less than that was used, no offer was made to leave the extra unused turf. Turf has pulled apart and is thin in some areas despite keeping the grass well watered. Grass is already looking yellow - have fertilized a week ago. Workers who did install did not speak enough English for good communication.

They did a good job. They did everything I wanted including weeding out a flower bed that I was unable to get under control. There was some landscape material in bed that was unable to grow due to the weeds which now looks beautiful.
