We had water in the basement and suspected a broken pipe so we called for a camera inspection. George said he wanted to clear the drain first, spent a few hours on that and charged just $110. The cleared drain flowed well enough that the leak is not coming into the basement. Fast response, friendly and honest.

I have used Pro Drain before numerous times before with our rental properties and had good experiences so I wasn't expecting such a bad one this time around. When informing them of what needed to be done I was told it would take about 4 hours. Three plumbers showed up to do the job to knock it out fast as the main plumber had to leave early to pick up his sister from the airport. I was OK with that as long as it still only took a total of 4 hours. The job was done in haste and incorrectly. One of the bathroom faucet knobs were put on backwards and the plumber didn't even recognize it. I had to tell them it was on backwards. The dishwasher was not hooked up correctly. When I turned it on there was no water. My husband had to reconnect it when he got home. The bathroom faucet knobs still aren't correct. They are uneven and my kids have a hard time reaching WAY back to turn them on. They were supposed to come back and fix it but have not called me back. I found out later 2 of the guys weren't even plumbers but drain specialists. I was charged for a total of 5.25 hours of labor because the drain specialists were 'learning on the job.' I would have hoped they would have called me back to make the bill and job right but they have not done that.

The water in my dishwasher backed up into a sink and then flooded onto the kitchen floor. A clogged drain and garbage disposal issue was the culprit. I called to make an appointment and they were literally at my door within the hour. I was shocked, especially because I live in SE and they are based out of NW! The problem was fixed and I was given tips on how to fix it myself in case it happened again! Thanks! I would DEFINITELY call them again!

Called them in the morning for a rental house in SE Portland. They were there that afternoon, fixed the plugged kitchen drain in 20 mins...happy renters, happy me!

Overall, I did find out GENERALLY what I wanted to know. The only downside was that they couldn't do the locater work right at the time. I did call the company again and they arranged to do the locater work and add the first charge with the second one so I can use my coupon. They said that on that second visit they would do a bid for repairing the storm drain. That seemed fair to me. It is a bit piecemeal but I would rather do things step by step than be overcharged from the start by a company that assumes every customer will need all the equipment all of the time.

They were excellent, they worked very fast, they had very good prices, they were very nice people, they had great workers. I would refer them to anyone.

They called me the night before to double check everything. When they came out they did good work, the jobs were not easy but they handled it wonderfully.

I called at 8:30am, they estimated arrival between 10 and 12 that day. Arrived around 10:30 and got to business. Spent a little under an hour, cleaned up the work area and went on his way.

The project went very well, am happy with the company, work performed and the price!

It was a very positive experience. He made sure it was a thorough job and he was reasonably priced. The worker was nice and friendly and respectful and clean around my house.

They did it on time and they did it reasonably. I've used them twice so you can tell I liked them. They are cleaned, on time and professional and got the job done.

Our washing machine drain was clogged and my husband who said he could fix- couldn't. I was stressed out and after calling three other companies on this list and being told maybe on Monday this company came right away and actually they were there a little early. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of unclogging a drain in your home. The person was professional and a little humorous at the same time which made me very comfortable with this person in my home. There were no boundaries crossed and the work was completed in time for me to return to work !

Great! I called and talked to their answering service at 7:55 am, had a call back from the company by 9:00am and was given a 10am-12 Noon same day appointment time. Jim showed up at my door at 9:50 and got straight to work. He cleared the drain within a half an hour, made sure we checked to ensure that it wasn't just draining into the utility sink in the basement, then cleaned up before leaving. Jim was friendly and very clean. I really appreciate that he wiped down the interior of my cupboard. He was very courteous and I will definitely use this company again for the next clogged drain.

Pro Drain provided the lowest of 3 estimates by a substantial amount. Tyler showed up well within the scheduled window, got right down to business, and came up from the basement with the bad news in about 20 minutes. He showed me what he saw on the camera monitor and answered my questions. Then he figured out where the trouble spots were and where the excavations would have to be, many trips to and fro. I ended up with marks on the front lawn and sidewalk that any plumbing company could use to do the job. He offered to provide a bid for the job, and I agreed. He also left the work site clean.

Mario arrived on schedule and quietly went about installing the new toilets and hauling out the old ones. The bathrooms were cleaner after he finished then they had been when he arrived. He worked quickly and quietly even cleaning the front hall where he had carried things in and out. He was outstanding and should be highly commended. The toilets are perfect.

He arrived and I told him what the problem was. He did give me the correct information and found the problem, which the city and the other plumbers could not do. He saved me about 20 hours of digging. He was very clean and thorough. He wasted no time.

My basement floor drain kept backing up. A few rocks floated out in the backup, which I thought might indicate a need for sewer line repair. Cleaning the drain solved the problem.

Very prompt and professional. Jeremiah called before coming and was even a little early. I described the problem and he immediately went to work and corrected it. Was at the house approx 40 minutes. I will use this company again if I have a similar problem. I will also recommend them to others.

It went well. They were able to come out the same day I called and they fixed a good disposal that was leaking. I suggested maybe it was time for a new one but they thought the old one was doing just fine.

I sent an email to Pro-Drain and they answered immediately. They gave me the option of purchasing my own disposal or they would provide one. I opted to purchase my own. Andrew came out at exactly the time specified, replaced the garbage disposal in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and polite and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I would strongly recommend this business based on my one-time experience with them.

As well as could be expected from a company that has such a wonderful reputation. They were able to get to my house early, Jerry came in took care of the problem and answered a question I had relating to my toilet in my bathroom. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Mario arrived ahead of the scheduled time and worked quietly and efficiently. He left the area very clean, and explained what he had done, and what caused the problem in the first place. He was friendly and polite. He also told me that their work is guaranteed, in case there are any problems, but we have not had any so far.

The drain for clothes washer was plugged and renters could not use to do laundry. Called one plumber and was told they could not come until between 4 and 5 the next day. Called Pro Drain and they were able to make an appointment for between 2 and 4 same day. I called about 10:30am. At 1:30, the service man called and said he could be there a little early if that was OK. I met Mario at the house to let him in and he quickly solved the problem. Great service and very reasonable price. I will keep their name and number at top of my vendor list.
