Absolutely phenomenal. This upgrade to my rental property will allow me to retain renters and raise rents to above market rates. A beautiful kitchen can make miracles happen for a landlord.

They didn't put bullnose tile around the outside edge of the shower, so the tile edges are just covered with grout, which looks terrible. They also burned two holes in the bathroom floor with their glue gun, and only offered me $100 as a credit to get it repaired unless I want them to do it with the lowest grade material. They also forgot to turn off the water when they installed the shower valve and water ran down inside the walls into the downstair bathroom through the heating vent. I am very disappointed with the finished result. It is not what I expect from a professional company.

They did a nice job of staying with in the budget and communicating when and what was going to be done. The project was completed in a timely manner and looks great.

Easy to work with. Flexible and completed project in a timely manner. Respected our ideas and gave good suggestions all staying within our budget. We would recommend them again and use them in the future for other projects.

Dione Carberry and Trina have been extremely helpful with great ideas. They are very professional and knowledgeable from the design to helping us stay within our budget. We are in the shopping stage for granite, back splash tiles, to paint and faucets. Their resource lists are very helpful. We are looking forward to our completed gourmet kitchen. So far we are only in the design stage and have not gotten through to the real work, I mean seen the results on our home yet. Dion whom we are working with our design consultant, is such a doll she is very sweet and personable, we are enjoying each step that she is leading us through!
