It was a warranty thing for something Chevrolet did wrong with the engines and they rebuild it, and a couple of weeks later I had to go back there and have a couple of other parts changed that weren't on the warranty and that cost me $65. They put a set of tires on for me and I've had them change the batteries, I would say their prices are a little on the high side, you know, like all other automobile companies are on the high side. They charge prime rate for their mechanic service and everything. Mostly the price "B" rating I relate to on the parts that I bought there. The parts are pretty high. I'll tell you what, I went there and they did a 40,000 mile servicing for.. and they wanted to change my cabin filter for the air-, its inside it takes a lot of work to get it done. He took it out and showed it to me and said, "oh, this is going to cost you like $65". I said, "What!, $65, no way, I will do it myself." and I said "You put it back in" when they did, I went out and bought a new filter for $6.95. I had to put it in by my self. the old filter was obviously hard to get back in cause it was just crammed in there all watered up and everything so it was pretty hard. It took me a little bit- well I had to get it out but, I got it out and put the new filter in it was just a little challenging. If he had said $20 I would have had said " Sure, put it in" but when he said $65, I said "No way." Filters dont cost that much. It took me about 10 minutes, I got online and online, there was a guy who had actually video taped and given instructions on how to change the cabin filters and equinoxes so I read all and looked at all those pictures and went out and changed it in 10 minutes. Well, you know, every time I have needed service, I call them up and they said "Come on in-" They replaced my- they fixed a flat for me, and they did that for free. I bought the car from them. I got the flat just before I got to their station/their business, and I drove in and the guy saw that the tire was completely down and they fixed it for free. Its that kind of stuff. I would give them an "A" for that responsiveness and for courtesy and for speed of repairs I guess. Every time I've had it in there for service they were quite fast. I've had it - lets see, I bought it in 2005, no 2010, so I've had it for 5/6 years and I bought it from them and they have taken care of it for me so. The servicing does cost a little more. It costs more to get the oil changed... The service people have always been very prompt and very knowledgeable about how they do there business. I use them again because they know the car, they know me.

I was in the area and decided to stop in. When I asked if they could check the tire because ONstar alerted me that they were low the gentlemen first gave me an attitude. After I asked if he wanted me to ask his manager instead he decided to do it. And yes the back tires were low and that does affect gas mileage etc. I would have expected before customer service.

Excellent!  I called to make an appointment, and got one in a reasonable amount of time.  Had the maintenance and oil change performed and was on my way in one hour or less.  I could not believe how quickly it was done.  The manager (Jamie) is always on the ball.  He is very professional and courteous.

I never had to go back to them after purchasing my car from them. They did everything very well. They were congenial to work with. They were professional. They had a sales person who was extremely congenial to work with. They had a sales manager who was likewise; congenial to work with. They tried to please the customer. They acted very nicely and with respect. I would surely use them in future.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WAS PRETTY PROFESSIONAL, AS FAR AS FOLLOW UP CALLS AND THANK YOU NOTES. BUT, WHEN I LEFT THE BUSINESS, ABOUT 3 BLOCKS AWAY, I HAD TO USE MY BLINKER and I DISCOVERED THAT WAS OUT, ALSO. I TOOK IT BACK AND THEY FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. ALL UNDER WARRANTY.
