Description of Work: I brought my Honda in for a factory recall and was given a write-up of all the things wrong with it -- totaling $4,300 worth of work. I took it to a certified HOnda repair shop which has a great reputation and asked them to look it over and they found NOTHING wrong with the car. I think Beaverton Honda is corrupt and will never set foot in their shop again.

Description of Work: I had stopped into Beaverton Honda to check out a Toyota Prius which was listed online. It must have been a trade-in. That evening I had been shopping at Beaverton Toyota and I just wanted to pop in to see what theirs was like. They had me fill out an information sheet and I quickly left because it was getting late. The next morning, just before I was headed out the door back to Beaverton Toyota, I received a phone call urging me to stop in to see the Prius at BH. I told him that I would be in within the hour and ended up there a little bit later than that. When I got there I had to wait for the salesman whom I had spoken with on the phone (which is to be expected at car dealerships). Previously on the phone, I was told that the Prius would be pulled around and waiting for me to check out. I had driven my trade-in to the dealership (with SHOT brakes) so that I would be able to get a realistic trade-in value. It was not safe for me to drive the car there, however, my boyfriend had followed me and I was really looking to buy ASAP, seeing as though i did not have a car in working order. We waited around for my car to be checked out and the Prius was nowhere in sight. The salesman said that they would have someone bring it right over, although that was supposed to be done prior to my arrival. An hour and a half goes by and no Prius. Salesman decides that we should talk about financing, probably to stall. I havent even seen the car yet. So we run a credit check and see how much I can get financed for, even though I have the cash to pay for it. To my surprise my credit was much higher than expected, so at least I got that out of the whole experience. As we are talking one of the other associates is sitting at the table with us...but I'm not sure why because he doesn't add ANYTHING to the experience. And much to my surprise, he falls asleep sitting up at the table. Talk about professional! So after about 3 hours I ask where the Prius is and he calls the other store which is near McMinnville and it's still there. I'm kinda p at this point.... So they are trying to make arrangements to have sleepy guy go get the car and bring it up to beaverton but he's not happy about the idea and wants to go home...probably to take a nap! How rude. The salesman then tells me that the drive will be too long because by this time it is rush hour and asks me to drive down to McMinville!! the nerve! At this point my boyfriend had to go to work and i was stranded with my old car that had no brakes, and my brother is on his way into town from Welches to help me out with buying the car. The nerve of that @ssclown to ask me to have my brother spend his time and gas money to drive me to McMinville in rush hour traffic to see a car that was supposed to be there for me to see like 4 hours earlier! Ever heard of Customer Service?? After all that I ended up having to call my brother and tell him to go back home because the Salesman called the other store and they sold the car an hour ago!!!! I was so mad. Granted I hadn't seen the car in person, but as long as it ran well I was ready to walk away with that car that day. The salesman then admitted that he didn't think I was serious about buying it. I'm sure his judgement was based on the fact that I am fairly young and female. For cripes sake, I was there for how many hours and jumped through how many hoops? He then promised me that he'd be on the look-out for a Prius and would call me as soon as he found one. Did he call? Nope! I ended up buying from a private owner and spent $3,000 more than I was going to pay for the one Honda had. His loss. Won't go back.

Description of Work: I have all work done on my car from oil changes to repairs. I also had my side mirror replaced.
