VERY quick response, came out within hours of servicemagic match to give an estimate. Appeared very honest, gave advice on existing system (at no charge). tech was friendly, quick and clean. office staff (who handled my billing) were very personable. cost was slightly higher than average, especially considering how many sensors I was putting in.

I had trouble wiht my alarm key pad and initially John walked me thru some options on the phone to try and help. Eventually I had to have a key pad replaced. A.V.S response was courteous, professional. My experience was excellent, and I will use them again for any issues with my alarm. John S (Tigard)
