Description of Work: Excellent on-job check first, rapport with office staff. Date scheduled was kept on time and the two experts sent were experts in their field of work. They were, efficient, answered all our questions while working to complete the job as promised -- the same day! Attention to minimizing their household intrusion, in and out always using same entrance, and cleaning after and during installation of all windows. Having dealed with contractors, sub-contractors and self construction ourselves, we found Window World of Tulsa to meet our need in all respect of such work. Prior to departing, the experts made sure the work area was returned to the way they 'found it'; a step done as we would have done; nothing was needed for us to do after their departure! The warranty was also honoured as we needed months later to have a few nails added to one of the window; here, again, the company stood by its words and sent someone to do so! The company owner also took the time to reply to our last e-mail where she thank us for taking the time to let her know how we viewed her 'business' performance. Andrée and Richard Ploss

Description of Work: Window world did three of our upper-story windows. While they charged a bit more because the windows were upstairs, and because the windows needed trimming out, they did a fantastic job. The windows look great and work great too !

+ -1 moreWE WERE ABLE TO SEE THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK BEFORE WE HIRED THIS COMPANY SO WE WERE NOT SURPRISED WHEN THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR US. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR SERVICES ARE ABOVE ALL OTHERS.
