The Wood Floor Store & More

We had work done by the Wood Floor Store. A 2-month nightmare! The floors had to be redone 5 times and the finished product is worse quality than what we had before. The mess was horrible. Polyurethane and stain was splashed on walls and trim work. Because they did not cover doors and cabinets with plastic, as promised, the saw dust mess was massive. Debris was left in flower beds and stain on the driveway. On the floors, Polyurethane puddles were left, debris (saw dust and sandpaper bits) were polished into the floor, foot prints were left in the flooring - each time the job seemed to produce new levels of problems. On the 3rd time - they damaged the threshold to my new French doors and those remain damaged because despite promising to repair the work, after 3 weeks, they have not made repairs because they have been 'too busy'. After 5 times, I am DONE - but sadly, my floors are worse for the experience.
