Description of Work: Tankless hot water heater leaking and making loud noises. When I scheduled service I told them it was a tankless hot water heater. However, plumber who came out was not familiar with working on these but determined the problem by calling the manufacturer after spending a lengthy time trying to figure it out & only after I gave him the owners manual to look at. All parts were covered by manufacturer warranty so all my expense was for labor. I asked Rotor Rooter to send a plumber who was familiar with working on tankless water heaters to complete the repairs,which they did. Work completed with no other issues. I greatly appreciated the management at Rotor Rooter being attentive after this repair problem was reported to them.

Description of Work: We had a slab leak: they were efficient and were capable of doing the complete job,e.g.find the leak and make the repair. The job was expensive, but that's problem with slab construction. Minimal damage was done to the floor as they by-passed a line and ran a new line up to the attic and back down. Labor costs were 80% of the bill. They were slightly cheaper than other companies that could do the job.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in water line from meter to house. Parts charge was very high for the parts used. Charged $101 for 1 foot of plastic hose, 2 fittings for PVC pipe and 2 clamps.
