Precise Home Specialties

Jonathan was great to work with and so was his crew. He was very prompt on estimate and on the job. Precise will do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Great to work with on the job. We have a two story house with brick and siding. The reason we hired Precise is we wanted someone to paint our house right with power washing, priming where needed, no dripping on brick, very neat with clean up. This company may be a little more expensive, but it is worth it. They did such a good job on our home that we immediately hired them to paint a rental property which is concrete block. They knew what to do on the rental property where some vines had worked their way into the concrete. I can't say enough good things about Jonathan and Precise Home Specialties. The price above was on our own property and includes paint and guttering.

Had call Precise Home Specialties to get a quote for having gutters install around the house. Had some miscommunication on my part, and I had to call Jonathan back to setup a appointment. Jonathan was able to come out and take a look at what was needed. After looking at estimates from other companies, we decided to go with Precise Homes Specialties. Jonathan told us that he wouldn't be able to get to us until sometime the following week at the earliest because our work schedule. About mid Monday morning I got a call from Jonathan, saying he had a afternoon opening. Told him that it would work for me. The crew showed up about 1pm and went straight to work. I was expecting maybe 3 or 4 guys to do the work, but the 2 guys knocked it out in about 4 hours. They did a great job, even adjusted the flashing on our exhaust vent.

Jonathan responded quickly to my call which was about needing larger downspouts and more of them. We walked the perimeter of the house and he showed me that the entire gutter system had been installed incorrectly (over the drip line). I had been having overflowing gutters even though they had been cleaned twice this spring; also, I was having problems with water from the large roof washing out dirt under a gate and ruining part of my small backyard. Jonathan and I discussed the various ways to remedy all of my drainage issues and I made my decision on the work to be done as described above. Jonathan did not push any particular part of the work, just laying out the different ways to correct the problems from the simplest to the more complex. The work crew did a great job of removing the old and installing the new gutter and downspouts. Another team later installed the underground connections after digging long trenches in extremely hard ground. All workers were intent on doing a good job, and Jonathan frequently was at the house to ensure everything was going as planned. I am confident that with the changes, my drainage issues are at an end, and if there are any problems, Jonathan said to just give him a call.

I have to give it to Jonathan and his crews they were very good and professional. They painted the house of our home and our detached garage. replaced rotten wood. They built new base supports for our front columns, along with new garage doors. They started when they said they would and finished on time. His crew was very good about cleaning up after themselves every night before they left. Only a couple of negative things, I wish I had purchased the paint myself. I think I over paid based on some of the pain I purchased for the inside of the house. Also Jonathan was always trying to up sell (which I understand he is trying to make a living) but we were getting the house ready to sell and did not need a 5 star job when a 3 star would have gotten it sold. Over all this is a good company to do business and you will be very happy with their work.

The team was always here when they said they would be and finished the jobs in the timeline that Jonathan provided when giving us a quote for services. The pricing was very reasonable for the jobs we needed completed and there were no "hidden" extra expenses that were tacked on once the job was completed. Additionally, Jonathan's team went above and beyond on both jobs and repaired a roof shingle they found that had come off and would have caused leaks, as well as painted a pillar that was not part of their original quote, all without adding additional cost to the original bid. We would work with Precise Home Specialties again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter or exterior painting/siding work as well.

The project was done to my satisifaction. As with many projects, along the way, we needed to make some modifications, but all the work was done with my approval and understanding.

I called Precise Home Specialties to get an estimate, they were able to come out within just an hour or so. The estimate was very reasonable. I agreed to have them do the work but they couldn't schedule me until the following week. Due to special circumstances I needed the work done ASAP. The owner came and gave me an estimate. He provided details about full replacement and partial repairs. I appreciated that he did not try to sell me something that I did not need. We matched the color They arrived as scheduled, did a detailed job and clean-up. Jonathan the owner talked to his workers in a very respective manner. As the job was finished I did a walk around with Jonathan.

The process was very easy. My friends had used Precise Home Specialties earlier and gave a great recommendation. Jonathan came by the house and gave me a very clear estimate. His team did the work very quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up their work area well. I am very pleased with the results.

Precise Home Specialties came out and assessed our problem with standing water that would flood our lowest spot in the front yard and adjoining car driveway. Quickly determined that a "french drain" to the street was not feasible due to gradient. Instead, they decided to install the 9x9 inch square "box drain" with grate and connect it to our existing underground downspout piping using a "Y" connection piece. They had to dig a 10 foot trench to connect into the existing piping. That's it. Problem solved.

Jonathan was very good about communicating with my husband and myself about the details of the job as it moved along. He made suggestions that improved the guttering efficiency. Jonathan showed up when he said he would to make an estimate. He showed me what he thought I needed and gave me a rationale for why I needed it. His was not the lowest bid (even after some price negotiation) but I wanted to hire someone with a good reputation. He and his worker finished the job in one day, painted my fence top without charge, and then cleaned up the area in the time he had estimated he would need. He was pleasant and professional and I appreciated the fact that he kept all of his promises.

Service was provided promptly and the finished product looked top-notch. Very pleased. I forgot I would need to paint some areas of wood that were now visible. Should have got that included in the quote. Probably took me an hour or two up a ladder to fix.

Jonathan made a trip across town to gutter supply store for an elbow piece that he installed for me (add-on job not in original estimate) and didn't charge for the time. On the loose fascia, the rafter had rotted at the end. Jonathan was very honest that a complete repair would mean tearing back and rebuilding the roof there, but he thought reattaching the fascia at a different point would hold. I appreciated him saving me some money. He and his assistant were pleasant and professional. Got the job done in one afternoon. I would use Jonathan again.

The crew worked while I was not home, by all appearances they were neat, and the finished product looked professional. Johnathan was very good about personally responding to all inquiries via phone/text. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jonathan was very responsive. My house is being painted and I needed the guttering done quickly. Jonathan exceeded my expectations as he was able to do the job the very next day. Extremely satisified with the work and would use again.

Jonathan and his crew performed the work on the original wood features of our 85 year old craftsman home. He worked with us to achieve a balance of cost to quality with which we were comfortable. This is a rental home and since we live out of town, he sent us pictures of the completed work. The worked looked good and our tenants were also pleased with the result.

They were late but I received a call advising me that they would be there later. Gutters were cleaned and are working well. they did a good job.

It was a beautiful day outside, best condition to be working outside, Jonathan worked the whole day up until around 6 pm the job got done in one day. We were very pleased.

Jonathan worked with me in all phases of the job including an estimate, color selection, etc. He came on a Saturday, as rain was forecast for Monday. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience I would give him an excellent rating.

I called because I had an area of my gutters, which happened to be directly at my front door, which had a small space between the roof and the gutter. This caused water to drip from the roof straight down, not flowing into the gutter. I left a message at the office and it was returned within one day. The very next day Jonathan came to exam the project. He explained the problem was that I did not have drip edge. He educated me on the importance of drip edge and what could potentially happen if not corrected. I decided to have the drip edge installed not only on the area immediately affected but on the whole house as well. The project was completed the next day and Jonathan called the day after just to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. All in all I would say this was one of my best interactions with any home improvement project. The cost for the project was $600.

Jonathan installed gutters on my house about a month ago. We decided at that time that we wanted him to do some drain work for us, too but had to wait a bit before starting that project. One of the downspouts was in an area where the water would drain across the sidewalk or into our parking area. To correct that, Jonathan attached the downspout to an underground drain that takes the water about 20 feet to a better site for drainage and installed a pop-up that lets the water out. It is working really well. It was done in one day and we are really pleased.

Jonathan met me to give a free estimate of the repairs we needed. After doing some measurements, he gave me some options on how we wanted to handle the project. Not having done this before, he gave his advice without any pressure & gave some time to think it over. He then called the next day to give a 3rd option which seemed to be the best fit long-term. He handles himself very well & is very logical in deciding what is best for you & your home. Have already recommended his services to others, it's a great company to use!
