The job went very smoothly. The gutters were all installed & were matched up to the new color that I had picked out, as he was going to also paint my home before the holidays. The gutters that did not have to be replaced were painted to match the new gutters when he painted my home. He installed metal mesh on the gutters which will protect my gutters from filling up with leaves, and will save me from having to hire someone to come & clean them out constantly. His crew started on time & finished when they said they would & did not leave any clutter behind.

His crew started when they said they would. They arrived & removed all the wood rot, and replaced it with real wood. They sealed every where that needed to be sealed, not just the windows & doors. He made arrangements for me to purchase the paint when the supplier was having a sale on the paint that I was wanting to use. Which saved on materials. His crew taped all my windows, my security door, & all the other areas that I didn't want painted with the main color. The trees that were rubbing on my house were trimmed as I couldn't trim them myself. They painted the older gutters to match the new ones that they installed in November. I did not find paint drops on any of my cement patio, cement front porch or on my driveway in front of my garage door. His crew was very careful not to get paint where it wasn't suppose to be. The crew picked up everything & left my home looking like a brand new house. I was extremely pleased with the finished job. The way he coordinated the job, from putting in the french drain to adding gutters, to the final painting of my whole home. You get what you pay for.

I'm not sure I can put in words how pleased my wife and I are with the work performed. This is the 4th time we have painted the home and for the very first time it looks amazing. His crew was very courteous and sensitive to not be too disruptive of our schedule especially during the holiday week. Would I ask Jonathan to perform painting duties in the future, ABSOLUTELY. I was so very pleased that at the end of the project I insisted on paying an extra amount above and beyond the quoted price that was to go directly to his three man crew. Timing/cost every aspect of this project was superb even though they had to significantly alter the timing and schedule due to the extreme weather we endured during this project. I would be more than happy to have Jonathan give my name out as a reference for him going forward.

Jonathan was great! He was responsive, prompt, and very articulate. He described in detail their process and reasons, provided references, and conducted a review of a project actually in progress. Execution of our project was just as thorough and timely. His team was focused, neat, and hard-working. They were prompt, unobtrusive,

Because I was traveling out of the country at the end of the month, Jonathan juggled his schedule to finish my job before I left for Europe. His crew was friendly and worked hard. They did a fine job and cleaned up the work area completely. When I had some questions about the trim around the windows, Jonathan came to inspect immediately and we agreed that some of trim should have additional painting done. He brought his workers back immediately and they finished everything perfectly. Although I had written him a check, he would not cash it until I was completely satisfied with everything. His service is rare in the business world of today.

The job was completed on-time and on-budget, without any hassles. They did a very good job prepping the house; spray washing, caulking, and taping, before painting. They cleaned up the work area well before leaving each day and always showed up when they said they would. Upon final walk-around inspection they had already taken care of any touch ups or cleanups that were needed and there was nothing to add. Jonathan is very good at communicating what is happening on the project and works hard to have a successful project and a satisfied client.

Our house is modern and the gutters blend perfectly into the color of the house and the roofline. They were very prompt, courteous, effective, and efficient. I would most definitely use them again and recommend them for future jobs. They quoted us on Sunday and installed the following Wednesday. They did a great job.

I purchased most of the materials at Jonathan's direction. We purchased premium, top of the line products that could have been very pricey. Jonathan helped us take advantage of a huge sale at Sherwin Williams that saved us almost 40% on product. Some of the wood on the house was in terrible shape. Jonathan went the extra mile to bring in an expert from Sherwin Williams that recommended a slow drying oil base to insure that the job would be done right and be long-lasting. The entire job took less than a week. The crew showed up on time every day, and we never had to worry about how the job was being done. The guys treated our home as if it was their own. When extra supplies were needed, particularly wood to replace the old, Jonathan helped me out and made the purchases. Other than a few hundred dollars in additional lumber, caulk and paint supplies the entire job was done on the original budget. We wanted the job done right, and it was! When it comes to doing the additional repairs to "this old house" Jonathan and Precise Home Specialties will get my first call every time.

On the scheduled day, Jonathon arrived on time with two workmen and the equipment truck. He instructed them on exactly what to do as we walked around the house looking at what needed to be done. The house is two story with gutters up very high, but they were prepared for the job. The workmen were very quiet on the roof, my son slept through the entire morning upstairs without being awakened. Jonathon left after the workmen got started, but arrived back about the time they finished. They cleaned everything up very nicely, I paid him, and it was done. We had a torrential rain a few days later, and the gutters drained perfectly. I would definitely use his services again. As a matter of fact, the next week I had him come back and do a garage door repair for me, and that job was also done very well at a fair price.

It went very well. Absolutely no problems. Jonathan has 2 very good painters as well as 2 very good gutter guys. What more can I say except that I was very pleased with everything they did. They are all good people, Jonathan included, and they aim to do a good job and to please the customer.

Jonathan responded the same day as my call and gave me a very fair quote. It was then that we figured out he had installed my previous gutter covers , that the roofers had to remove, about 7 years ago. We left the job date flexible and he called 3 days later when another job got delayed, came over with a helper and did my job in a few hours. New gutter covers, all drains checked, gutters cleaned and area cleaned up well after his work.hard working, pleasant and honorable tradesman. I will use again, if needed.

Emailed Jonathan on Friday, 9/4/13, and he called the same day and came out to see what I needed done. I had a huge hole next to the fence and a trench going down my back yard next to the flower beds. He inspected everything and said a french drain should take care of the problem. He said he was a little backed up and it would be then end of September. However, he called back about a week later and said he could start on 9/9/13 which he did. His crew (2) came out on Monday and started digging by hand the 80 foot long trench to install the french drain. They asked me where I wanted the extra dirt put and I said in the flower beds under the mulch, which they did. Asked what color of rocks I wanted once the french drain was installed. Very courteous. Jonathan was here most of the time except for running to get supplies ie. pipe for the drain, fabric and rocks. They finished on Wednesday, 9/11/13. They were very neat and cleaned up all the mess. Then Jonathan asked if I needed some sod on the bare spots (which were caused by the dirt sliding down and the rain not draining properly). He put in some new sod in the back and also tied in a gutter to drain to the back of the lot. Super great job. Very punctual, knowlegable and professional. Would hire Precise Home Specialties again.

The project began with power-washing the house; all windows and glass doors and brick were plastic covered and taped or paper covered and taped to prevent paint from getting in the wrong places; caulking was done all around the house; damaged wood was replaced or repaired; the house was then spray painted and back brushed. I think the results are great. This house has never had a prep job done so well. As usual, Jonathan's team was thorough. I am looking forward to having this company paint a couple of inside rooms of the house in the fall.

Jonathan's crew performed multiple services for us as described. His crew is very conscientious and follows directions well. Jonathan made sure that all the work was done to our satisfaction as agreed. Jonathan has a good eye to spot potential problem areas in and around our home, is trustworthy and makes sure that his customer is happy with the finished product. We feel that we can call upon him for any type of home repair, upgrade or preventive project.

The crew completed the work in a day and a half. The painting process is somewhat expensive (the specialized paint they used costs much more than regular paint) but my gutters look new without the gray streaks that they had before. I was very pleased with the work.

Very good and hard workers did an excellent job. We have used this company in the past to paint the exterior of our home and will use it in the future if needed.

I really appreciated the open communication from the company and Jonathan. They listented to what my objectives were to redirect the rainwater, suggested options on how to make it all work, worked me into their schedule, got everything done in just over a day, and were always professional, courteous, clean, friendly. Jonathan Paolercio came out and gave us an estimate on the work on the same day that I called him; then worked our smaller job into his schedule by coming out and completing the work on a Saturday(!) so we could continue with additional repairs. He and his employee were very professional, friendly, and helpful, and the work they did was outstanding. We definitely will use their services again when it is time to repair or replace gutters on the house. His company also does French and underground drains, roofing, landscaping, and painting. We are so pleased to have established a relationship with such a great company.

Jonathan was conscientious and did a good job of staying in touch prior to coming out. He provided an estimate and completed the work in a timely manner. We were VERY impressed with all aspects of this project.

I contacted Jonathan based upon his great Angie's List reviews. He came to my house when he said he would and we discussed what needed to be done. I have lived in my home less than a year. I have huge trees that clog my gutters and downspouts. Also, a gutter connection in the back of the house leaked profusely and that particular downspout didn't work sufficiently to keep water from ebbing back onto my back patio. During hard rains, this water gets dangerously close to my back door and living area. Jonathan recommended gutter guards and recommended installing a drain from the troubling downspout that would empty the water away from the house. We agreed on the price he quoted me and scheduled the work. He arrived the day he said he would. He and a helper were here 8 hours. A portion of the trench for the drain had to be dug under a sidewalk, which took some time to dig and later install the drain. They didn't want to bust up my sidewalk and then leave a patch. Thank you Jonathan! Their work was "precise" and the whole experience was a breath of fresh air compared to some people I have had at my house to do repairs in the past year. When they were finished, they cleaned up every sign that they had been here -- nothing left in the yard or driveway. Jonathan told me to call him if there were any problems. Lucky for me, that night/early morning a thunderstorm passed through. The thunder woke me and I heard the rain beating down. I got out of bed to go look at my once-troubling gutter connection and downspout. Most importantly, I wanted to see if water was pooling up again on my back patio. I was so excited with what I saw! No puddle of water! No leaky gutter connection! No water pouring over my gutters! Hooray! I went back to sleep with a smile on my face and very happy that I had called Precise Home Specialties.
