Precise Home Specialties

I used Precise Home Specialties to install gutters so I called them back to paint two decks that I have on my house. They used a paint that seals the wood and were even able to match the color with the gutters so that the decks look great and match the house. I will continue to use Precise Home Specialties for all of my future paint needs.

Jonathan and his crew did an excellent job installing gutters on our house. They also removed an existing fence and replaced it with a privacy fence. He returned my initial phone call the same day and was at my house a few days later to provide a quote. He worked with us on the timing of the work to meet our expectations and did the work exactly as promised. Jonathan did an outstanding job and I would hire him again.

Jonathan and his crew did an amazing job renewing this old structure, sealing up cracks, installing matching siding to cover an old door opening, priming, then painting the entire building, all without disturbing my plantings & flower beds that were very close to the walls. My home was built in 1929 but the previous owners completely renovated the exterior in 2009. Unfortunately they did not reinstall gutters so my yard began showing signs of runoff and grass was having difficulty growing. I needed gutters so I was referred to Jonathan by another contractor that was doing some pest control work for me. Jonathan is very reliable, friendly, does great work and is competitively priced. He makes himself easily available for estimates and shows up to do the work within a few days, if not the very next day. He is honest and does not pressure you to do work that is unnecessary. The exterior of my home will most likely need painted in the near future and I will not hesitate to call Jonathan. Having work done to your home is always expensive and finding someone that does good, reliable work is very difficult. All other contractors and handymen should follow Jonathans example.

We purchased a new home badly in need of gutter cleaning and some gutter replacement. Jonathan came to see the house the day after we called. He gave us a quote that date, and completed the work within a week. He gave us suggestions and options before replacing anything, and did not try in the least to push us to do more than we wanted done,. He was very professional, and explained all he was doing. His work is superior to any we have had done at our previous home. Whenever gutter work or cleaning is required, we will most definitely be calling him!

Jonathan was out the next day to look at the house and give me an estimate. He and his crew were able to start quickly, and since there was a lot of wood to be replaced and repainted, they spent a full week at the house replacing wood and completing the painting. Jonathan and his crew were on time every day, very professional and easy to work with, and they left the house and the yard looking great after they were finished.

We had discussed this work with Jonathan Paolercio, owner of Precise Home Specialities, to perform this work when the weather was more conducive to working outside. We are now ready to begin the project. One of the first jobs that Jonathan did for us several years ago was to install mesh covers on our home gutters & free standing garage. Since then we have had him do numerous other projects at our home: exterior/interior painting, sheetrock repair, significant tree limb removal & cleanup due to ice storm damage, shrub removal, roof leak repair. We have always been pleased with the work of his crew & Jonathan's oversight. We would not hesitate to have him perform any repair or upgrade to improve our home. Jonathan follows up to make sure that all the work is performed to our satisfaction at a fair price. We have recommended his expertise to other homeowners as well.

Jonathan' team did great work. They were prompt, responsive and cleaned up after the job. The house looks great. I would definitely use them again.

Jonathon and his crew did an excellent job painting the west facing side of my house and the inside and outside of my parameter privacy fence. Jonathan came to my house and gave me a free estimate of the work and gave me a time that he could complete the work. I later decreased the scope of work and Jonathon accommodated my request. He estimated the amount of paint and caulk it would take and ended up coming in at just under the price quoted. They completed the work in two days and did an excellent job cleaning. When they left it was if they had not ever been there. The work completed with time and materials was just under $2,200. I know there are cheaper contractors out there but I would rather have quality work done than to have the cheapest price. They used a combination of paint brush, roller and spray to ensure that all surfaces were covered. They prepared and caulked all the windows. I am very pleased with the quality of work from Jonathon and his painting crew.

Jonathan and his crew were thorough and easy to work with. Jonathan is very pleasant, eager to please, and I believe he will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with his work.

I called for a quote for my home and was told he would be able to come out on a Tuesday morning since I work overnights. He didn't call me until after 1pm to tell me he was running late and requested to move it back to 3pm. I agreed, but informed him that due to working at night, I sleep during the day. He arrived a few minutes before 3pm. He never apologized for the inconvenience and did not come off as very professional or personable. During the inspection he seemed pushy and unwilling to fulfill my two requests as other companies had told me no problem. It only took him a few moments to write the estimate on a Walmart style receipt pad. He had no brochure nor warranty information. I thought this looked shady and not very professional. He asked me to choose a color right then and there, due to my house being so far away from South Tulsa. I had no idea Broken Arrow was such an inconvenience to drive to. Not only was he not very professional but over $100 more than others. Follow up response to Jonathan's response: First off I would like to thank you for calling and leaving me an apology message on my voice mail. To your Angieslist.com response; however, I do feel there is some inconsistencies with the facts on how they occurred. Johnathan did call me over that weekend when he was suppose to come out, but informed me that he couldn't make it. I told him that that was alright and he offered to come out on the following Monday. I already had two other companies scheduled to come out that day and informed him that I would rather him come out on Tuesday morning, after I got off work. Jonathan said that would work for him and would be out Tuesday morning. Now a specific time was not specified during the call; however, one can only come to the conclusion that morning would be sometime before noon and not 1:00pm. Thus leads to Johnathan calling and informing me that he was running late and wished to change the meeting time to 3pm. That is when I informed him that I sleep during the day and that 3pm would have to work. (The first phone call I requesting a time change I told Johnathan that Tuesday morning "after I get off from work" would be fine. The second time change I informed him that I sleep during the day. Now as to the two request I made. The 3 other companies that I had place bids all informed me that that my request was not an issue and the reason why it became a request is due to the first company suggesting to me that it be installed that way. Secondly, as to the response to the website. Yes I did receive a business card from you; however, you never mentioned to me via phone or in person that your business license, insurance and warranty information was located on your website. All three of the other companies that came to my home provided black & white copies of their current insurance information, warranty and licensing information, followed by a drawling of the installation that was estimated. Things that should be considered from a business standpoint. 1. What if the customer does not have internet and was referred to your company from a third person using Angieslist.com? 2. What if the customer does not have a printer and likes to have the information to reflect to during the consideration or follow up process? 3. What if the customer does not have time to research your information online? Finally, as to the matter of color of the guttering. Johnathan never offered a color wheel to me, nor did he state that he would like to "save me the time and inconvenience of having to meet a second time." Johnathan asked if I had thought about a color yet (and also was giving me the impression that he was wanting to know if I was going to choose his company or not) and I informed him that I hadn't and that's when he stated to me that he would like me to choose a color, due to him working in South Tulsa and my home being such a far drive for him (my home is located in South Broken Arrow and is also under Tulsa Country and right off the Creek Turnpike). So let's please not come off as though I was given preferable consideration after being told that my homes location was an inconvenience to Johnathan. Thus concluding my review and still bringing me to the determination that I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for guttering work, nor do business with them in the future.

I was very impressed by Jonathan's professionalism in his presentation as well as his supervision of the workers. He kept in contact with me daily before and during the process. The work was performed expediently in a shorter amount of time than expected. When issues arose they were addressed immediately. The workers were polite and easy to work with. The work that was done was amazing! The house hasn't seen a new coat of paint on the outside in about 17 years. Wood needed to be replaced in some areas and there were several "mystery spots" around the house. All of the problem areas are now gone and the house looks new. Jonathan and his team were extremely friendly and easy to work with and they cleaned up after they were done. I definitely recommend him.

Jonathan came out to bid the job very quickly after being contacted. While he was not the lowest bid on the job, he was the most responsive, detailed, and thorough in work scope, and completion schedule. His crew completed the work that included minor wood repairs, extensive caulking, two colors of paint, the removal of existing guttering, and installation of new guttering without complication both on time and on budget. He and his crew handled the job in a friendly professional manor. When minor questions arose on how to proceed they were handled with my input, but in a way that didn't impact work progress. I am very satisfied with the work completed and look forward to working with Jonathan and his crew on future projects.

The work was accomplished as requested, and was better than expected. Jonathan's team was punctual and very professional. He often checked the work and conferred with me about how the work was going. Our guttering downspouts got disconnected and even a portion fell off during a high wind storm after some ivy pushed them away from the building. One was dangerously hanging over our neighbor's garage door so my most important need was a speedy repair. I called on Monday morning and Jonathan came out later that day to estimate the job and was able to squeeze me in between jobs. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the fast response.
