From day one Jonathan kept me updated on the progress and gave suggestions on the continuation of job. As it went along more attention was needed to certain operations and advised us but not try to sell us on much higher costs. He let us decide on the route to take for the completion of job. I appreciated that and wish all contractors would work the same . The job was started and completed in a timely manner . All thumbs up !!

Jonathan was very professional and punctual. He took this job seriously, though it was a smaller job for him. Communication was great as well. I would hire him again without hesitation, and would highly recommend him.

Jonathan's crew executed a perfect paint job on our home. After monitoring the crew and verifying the results afterwards, I found no flaws whatsoever. Jonathan communicated and reassured me throughout the process. He also suggested the paint that we ended up selecting. We chose a Tavern Taupe with a white trim, which turned out to be beautiful. The crew was also very friendly and attentive. Jonathan was willing to negotiate and meet my schedule due to a housewarming party we have coming up shortly. The crew came highly recommended by a coworker who is also a member of Angie's List. Jonathan showed up on-site a few times to monitor the progress and guarantee that the crew was meeting our needs. They arrived on time, worked hard, reviewed the work with me, and cleaned up the site.

Jonathan provided approximately six weeks notice of when the work would likely be performed and the approximate time frame to complete the work. He provided me a written estimate and provided valuable advice regarding color selection, paint manufacturer, and finish. We selected a quality paint manufacturer which he allowed me to purchase in advance of the work to allow some cost savings. His company painted my siding and trim, and performed some siding repair in a few locations that contained water damage. I had three sections of sidewalk that settled and created a trip hazard that I was afraid might result in a liability claim at some future time if not repaired. Jonathan's crew performs concrete work and they repaired the sidewalk using methods explained to me that I knew would stand up to the test of time for many years to come. They pinned to the adjoining concrete with horizontal rebar to prevent future sinking and settling occurrences. I knew this would result in a proper solution. His installer returned to the job site one evening because the safety barricade they installed around the work area was not up to the four-foot height he stated is required for that type of job. I actually thought the 2.5' barrier would have been substantial, but I knew Jonathan's installer was concerned for my liability and was appreciative of his efforts to make sure the barrier was sufficient. I also had Precise finish a French drain install I started several years previously. His crew installed the drain as I requested (under the sidewalk with a curbside emitter). I was impressed he didn't try to talk me out of going under the sidewalk since my yard is filled with black clay and is extremely difficult to dig, especially horizontally under a three-foot sidewalk. Five weeks after the estimate was provided Jonathan called to say they'd be showing up as previously suggested (during the sixth week) and confirmed with me the color selections, paint source, and other work. Precise would have completed this job in four days, but for the rain on the third and fourth day of that week. They returned promptly the following Monday and completed the painting and drain. I offered to pay in full at that time and after some insistence Jonathan agreed to accept my payment even though the concrete work had not yet begun. I trusted entirely that Precise would complete the work and therefore was happy to provide payment. His concrete installer could not complete the work within the following week and from memory, it may have been closer to two weeks before he returned. I was surprised to note that during that entire time frame as I checked my bank balance on a number of occasions Jonathan had not yet cashed by $5,600 check. Jonathan did not cash my check for several days following the completion of the concrete replacement, which for anyone that knows anything about the majority of much of the contracting world, is quite amazing! I am incredibly pleased with Precise Home Specialties and without hesitation gladly recommend their services to anyone looking for work within the realm of services Jonathan provides. You can unequivocally trust, based on my two experiences of use, Jonathan will perform the work he states he will perform, in the time frame and for the price you agree upon. I expect to be a customer of his for years to come.

Jonathan and his crew did a great job. They were prompt, efficient, and clean.

Precise Home Specialties did an excellent job of repairing and painting. I selected a paint color which I realized when they applied to the back of the house was not the best. Jonathan knew I was disappointed and recommended a group of colors which he had recommended originally but I was not sure would work. They redid the back of the house and painted the front in a new color which worked out great. Jonathan was also sensitive to the increased cost of redoing the paint and worked out a final price that was better for our original budget. Jonathan was on the job site frequently and his painters worked diligently and cleaned the areas before they left each night. The overall quality of their work was very good. We would not hesitate to recommend them in the future.

I asked Jonathan to come out last spring and give us an estimate on our porch, which had some obvious wear. We also did a walkaround of the house, and he pointed out places where the paint was wearing that I hadn't seen. It was obvious that the house needed a paint job. Jonathan gave us the quote, but no pressure. After the big rains, we figured it was time to call him back. He wasn't able to come right away, but told us he could come in late August. In early August, he called again to firm up the date. Jonathan and his team came out around 8am the day they said they would. I was at work. The team started in. My wife had been thinking, they did another walkaround to make sure they agreed on what was going to be done and she asked him if he could do some additional work: the front door didn't need to be painted, but it did look a little tired. She wanted the deck done. There was also some tree and yard work she wanted done. Jonathan quoted her an additional amount (the paint for the door was $spe¢ial), she agreed, and she left them to go at it. I've seen people paint houses with rollers, brushes and nothing else. These guys had drop-cloths. They taped paper over the brick beneath the eaves. They put plastic on the windows. They taped over doorknobs. As a result, you don't see a splatter anywhere. When I got home the first day, the guys were repairing some of the trim. Apparently some ice had gotten between the boards and separated them; these guys where closing up all the open spaces as they were prepping for painting. It's this kind of above and beyond service that causes me to write a review like this. They finished painting on Friday, but came back Saturday for the touchup. My son accidentally walked on the porch to get the paper; fortunately one of the guys was right there, and stopped him -- the paint was wet there. He called a co-worker to retrieve the paper and toss it to my son, and then fixed the paint where my son had stepped. Cleanup was amazing. You would never know there was a paint crew here (except for the sign. We agreed to have a sign out front.).

Jonathan was professional and easy to work with. Precise Home Specialties was initially hired to paint the exterior of our home, which included replacing some wood rot. Work began as scheduled. Workers were punctual and hard working. During the process more wood rot was uncovered. Jonathan communicated the information to us and was clear of any increase in cost to the job. During the work we decided to also have the gutters replaced. Jonathan added this work to the job without any problems. My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanup of the workers. We were very satisfied with the finished product. We feel Precise Home Specialties did an excellent job with both the exterior painting and replacing the gutters. I would highly recommend them to others, and would definitely work with them again.

Jonathan came out to our business and gave us a quote. When we called and were ready to do the work they were here as scheduled and were done with the work within a day. They installed new guttering and covers for our building along with a new French Drain and adapters and pop-up emitters for the water to drain out into the back yard behind our office building. Jonathan really took the time and went over everything they were doing in detail and was in contact if there were any changes that needed to be done. He even took the time and matched the drains to our building. Very professional and very efficient. We would highly recommend this company - if you want quality work done, efficiently and at a great price, this is the company.

Owner, Jonathan Paolercio, was friendly and yet professional. He matched the color of my existing guttering and explained several options without pressuring me at all. He and his crew did the work efficiently and answered all my questions. They did a great job that I'm certain will last for many, many years. My conclusion: Precise Home Specialties is trustworthy and they do their work with excellence.

It went very well. They showed up, suited up, did the prep work and were very easy to work with. They called back to make sure everything was alright. We told them one little thing they needed to work on, they came right back out and did it. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job, they cleaned up after themselves, and it looks good!

At first, I had problem connecting with Jonathan at Precise (note: absolutely not his fault). Jonathan made every effort to return calls and truly demonstrating a desire for my business. This was important to me because I had left message with another company and never got a return call. I guess the job was too small for them to bother with. Jonathan gave me estimate and advised me he was going out of town and was very honest about when job could be completed. In fact, it was done earlier than I expected. I was out of town and he completed work then called to advise me. The final cost was same as estimate. Jonathan was flexible, professional and didn't talk done to me. I would absolutely use this company again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Wonderfully. When I called for an estimate I was called back on the next day which was a Saturday! Jonathan worked with my schedule and worked in an emergency fix we needed before the full job took place.

I have a two story home that needed painting, as well as some guttering repair where an improperly installed gutter had resulted in rotted wood and siding. After having one painter was a no-show for the consultation and another painter very reluctant to approach the job because of "access issues," I called Jonathan, who returned my call promptly and came over to discuss the job and give me an estimate that same morning. He also declared up front that his bid wouldn't be the cheapest, nor probably the most expensive, but he guaranteed that it would be quality work with staying power. We scheduled the job for about 4 weeks after our consultation, due to his ongoing work schedule. That gave me time to choose a paint color, etc. Jonathan fielded questions and concerns of mine during this time with promptness and professionalism. Despite several rainy days in the interim, Jonathan's crew was able to start at the time as originally scheduled. The crew of 3 men plus Jonathan who worked on my house were polite, professional, fast, very competent, and quite hard working. The entire project took 3 1/2 days and included all of the prep work with taping, caulking, etc; repairing and installing 2 sections of guttering; replacing the damaged siding around the areas of the guttering; painting the house, my garage doors and shutters; and painting a 14' x 14' pergola on my patio. They also repaired, filled, and stained areas of water damaged cedar wood at the bases of the 4 corners of the pergola. During the job, Jonathan was on site frequently to check on progress, to direct his men, to answer any of my questions, and to assess how the job was going. His workers were quiet and worked almost scary fast to do such beautiful work. It looks like I have a new house. Even as I was writing a check for the work done (spot on), Jonathan was encouraging me to call him if I had any subsequent concerns or problems. I wouldn't hesitate to use his company again.

Also took care of gutter clean out on small storage building, without additional charge. Will definitely use his company again when that time rolls around!
