Everything went well. I was quoted a price for partial cleanout and raising part of the guttering. They ended up just cleaning everything out (there was not a lot in the rest of the guttering, so they just washed it out). It was a bit more expensive than other quotes, but he took the time to contact me, was personable, and did more than what I had originally asked for. I always appreciate people who exceed expectations and over-deliver. Good way to earn and keep business....

This is the second time we've used Johnathan. He is professional, prompt, his prices are reasonable, and he does great work. He doesn't sell anything you don't need and we appreciate his honesty. Will definitely use him in the future when needed.

Right from the initial phone call everything was done promptly and professionally. They did a magnificent job. Jonathan and his crew were very easy to work with and were very conscientious throughout. His price was competitive and his work was superb. I will use Jonathan's company again when we paint the interior of our home.

It was a great experience working with Jonathan and his crew. This home has been rented for the previous 5 years, so it needed quite a bit of work. I moved in and started doing the work myself but soon determined I needed a professional. They were timely and careful, as the home had furnishings in it. The level of professionalism was outstanding. They covered and protected everything and when they were here working, they worked! They definitely went the extra mile and completed many tasks that were not a part of the original bid. They arrived on time each day and basically only stopped for lunch. We had to move out of the house due to the scope of work to be done, but they actually finished sooner than anticipated so we were back in earlier than expected. Upon completion, they moved all the furniture back into place using photos they had previously taken as a guide. They left things as clean as they could and hauled away debris, like the old doors and fixtures too. As a Realtor, finding a contractor like Jonathan is a blessing. He is responsive and timely, and runs a tight ship. His company also replaced a roof for a client of mine in conjunction with a sale and that job also went flawlessly and the deal closed on time. I have another project that I am going to use Precise Home Specialties for, which includes new gutters. They do those too! They may or may not be the lowest bidder, but they by far are worth the money!

I used Precise Home Specialties to replace gutters on a rental that I owned. I knew of Johnathan from work he'd completed on another house (painting), so I knew he would do a great job on this project too. I contacted Johnathan (via Angie's List) and received a reply the same day. We met at the house a couple of days later to get an estimate and go over the work to be completed. Within a week, they were tearing out the old gutters and installing the new. We did come across some rotten wood that had to be replaced - which was handled with no problem. The final gutter (with screens) turned out great and, as always, Johnathan was a pleasure to work with. I'm sure I'll have other projects that they can handle and won't hesitate to give them a call when the need arises.

Went extremely well. Jonathan P., the foreman, was very personable and professional. He was there every day overseeing the work. Took three days. They treated the wood siding on the southeast side of the house with an oil base coat, caulked absolutely every crack and joint. We went with the premium paint which cost a little more, but was well worth it! Looks fantastic in a satin finish.

Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job. I just installed a new roof, and needed the exterior of my house painted and gutters replaced. There was also some carpentry work needed around the exterior of the house prior to painting. Jonathan met with me shortly after I called him and a did a very thorough review of my house and provided great recommendations and references. His knowledge and professionalism instilled a lot of confidence in his company. I spoke to two other contractors, but I went with Precise because of the high quality of the work I saw with the references I reviewed and because Jonathan gave me confidence the job would be done correctly. His price was fair given the size of my house and the work that needed to be done. Jonathan's team did an amazing job with the prep work before painting resulting in paint ending up only where it was supposed to. My windows needed a lot of work, and they look almost new now. Despite some weather challenges, Jonathan used the available days efficiently and kept me informed on his team's progress. The clean-up after each day's work was top notch - -you could hardly tell a paint project was going on! Jonathan checked in with me often and really made me feel a part of the process. We had to make a few changes to the scope of work as we went along, but Jonathan explained those changes and provided me with all of my options. The work of his team is incredible. Hard working, professional and master painters. My house looks amazing with the new Duration paint and new gutters. Final clean-up was exceptional and Jonathan gave me a very thorough walk through at the job's completion. No surprises, no hassles, excellent service and follow-up, and a top notch paint job has me sold on Jonathan and Precise Home Specialties. You will not go wrong trusting Jonathan and his team with your home's exterior.

This is the second time we have used this company. I was not home when the crew arrived to complete their work. Based on visual inspection, all work performed as agreed. Removed Christmas lights were neatly placed on the front porch. Johnathan (owner) followed up in a timely manner to determine if I had any concerns with the job performed. All in all another great experience with this company.

Jonathon and his crew were a pleasure to work with. The price may seem to be expensive, but please consider I bought the home at a foreclosure sale and sold “as is”. Considering the amount of work, the fact the home is two stories, and I bought high quality paint, I thought the price was about right. I had cheaper bids, however the other guys could not show me what other homes they had painted. The house came out fantastic! As a matter of fact my neighbor that had seen the house before and after had his home done and so did my mother in-law. These guys know what they are doing, are local, and intend to stay in Tulsa. This means they have a reputation to protect and intend to do so. I had a minor issue come up and Jonathon was very professional in how he handled the situation. This is the company to use if you want quality work at a reasonable price with a company you can depend on.

The unit is functioning as specified and the install is clean and professional in appearance.

Scheduling was difficult because of other work being done on our house (we also installed new windows and doors). We tried to arrange it so the windows and doors were done before the painting but that just did not work out (weather concerns). However Jonathan was very willing to work with us and adjusted his timing to our needs (which seems to be a rarity with contractors these days!). On the agreed upon date his crew showed up (on time) and did a fantastic job. Even better, they came back after the window installation was complete and perfomed some touch up work. We couldn't be happier with the experience and will definitely look to Jonathan for future work.

This company is wonderful. This is my third experience using Precise Home Specialties. Jonathon returned my call the same day and came out to look at the described area of the house within hours. I had water overflowing gutters by my front door and the side of the house which was also causing some water to make its way into the house with a heavy rain. He suggested I go with larger 6" guttering there and leaf covers since we have many trees and this part of the roof is extremely high. I scheduled the work and the job was completed the next afternoon in a matter of hours. So far it appears that this has corrected all of our problems. The company does a professional job and communicates exactly what will happen. I also received a good bid on interior painting that we go forward with in the future.

This company is second to none. They were here when they said they would be and started early and worked all day long every day until the job was done. The attention to detail was what made the job professional and better than any other painters have done. It truly looks brand new now. I even added extra projects while they were here because they did such a good job. They also do guttering and did spectacular job on that too. They even did a project for my neighbor that was impressed as well.

Johnathan returned my call in a timely manner. He was able to come over to give me an estimate that day. After discussing what I was needing and inspecting the existing guttering, he made recommendations to correct two areas of gutters that had been poorly installed, as well as, recommending installing guards to prevent future problems from the trees. He did not pressure me, but gave me all the information to make my decision as to what I wanted to have done. His workers were on time, worked hard, and did a good job of cleaning up. All of the work was inspected by Johnathan and he reviewed everything with me. I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and highly recommend this company.

Precise did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done, offering suggestions, and promptly did the work. As a new garage door was put in place, Precise returned to paint it on a separate trip. Wood repair, caulking, and prepping, preceded the actual painting, which was done very professionally.

Did an excellent job, exhibiting professionalism, respect, courtesy, always being mindful of our home. Jonathan worked with us on pricing, explaining alternatives available to us, offering recommendations and supported our decision as to the way we wanted to go. Took the time to visit with us, taking an interest in our overall plan. By the time the job was finished, we felt we were working with a family member and not a stranger. Additionally, Jonathan proactively identified areas of concern that we weren't aware of that could have lead to additional damage to our home. We'd also like to add that they did an outstanding job of cleaning up everything afterwards We would recommend Precise Home Specialties to anyone looking for indoor/outdoor home repairs.

I contacted Jonathan at Precise Home Specialties to give me a quote for fixing some wood rot and painting my fathers one-story 1,500 square foot house. Jonathan responded to my phone call quickly and came out the next day to look things over and give me a quote. The final quote was in line with another estimate that I received. After a few emails back and forth regarding exactly what we wanted done, we came to an agreement and set a date. We had to change the date a couple of times and Jonathan was very accommodating in doing so. The paint crew came out (in the rain) to power wash the house and patio cover. A couple of days later they came back and fixed some wood rot, calked, and got the house ready to paint. That took about a day and a half. It took another day and a half to paint the house. His crew was very friendly and asked me several questions to make sure they did exactly what we were wanting. The ending result was excellent. The 45 year old house looks new on the outside. We couldn't be happier with the result. I have other houses that will eventually need painting and I'll be giving Jonathan a call at that time.

Jonathan arrived on time for the estimate, walked through all the details with me and started the job as promised. His crew was always on time, thorough, professional and always cleaned up at the end of the day. One area of my house had some odd spots due to the previous homeowner using a paint that didn't match, and Jonathan worked until it was right. I appreciate his customer service. Other painters I've used at my previous home in Tulsa don't even come close to the quality and attention to detail that this company delivers. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future when I have interior painting done.

The price was fair and they were punctual in getting the job done. We will call them again.

The work was performed as promised. Very quick, efficient, prompt. Everything was explained to me in advance and checked after the work was completed.

The quote was not the cheapest, but the reviews were so good on Angie's, felt I would get quality work.. Price was agreed upon and begun several days sooner than promised. All was completed in 2 days and Jonathan was here when completed to inspect and let me know to call him if any concerns or questions. I did a walk around myself and all the areas I needed addressed were repaired and painted nicely. Clean up was good in the front. The only slightly negative comment I might have is one of the workers left his orange peels and empty water bottle in the backyard and they did not replace the patio furniture in the same place. Minor issues when it comes to the quality of work done. Would certainly hire again.

It went very well. He has done quite a bit of work for us over the years and he is always good about calling back and doing a good job on the work discussed.
