Jonathan was very professional and honest. He made honest suggestions and can tell this team is really experienced and spend time doing the job right. They were at my place on time and cleaned out the gutters and power washed them. I asked them to clean the flat top roof, not only they cleaned flat top they also cleaned rest of the roof. They also cleaned up after the job was completed. This included cleaning 3 of my decks that had debris fallen on top. Overall A+ job and would recommend this team to anyone who like quality work with peace of mind that job will be done correctly in the first place.

We were able to work out a plan slightly different than first estimate - saved me money and Jonathan time. Easy to work with and I'm satisfied.

Professional, Timely, and did a great job!

Jonathon was very quick to respond in the midst of all of Tulsa County's flooding/rains in early June. He was prompt to give me an estimate of costs and methods to solve my drainage issues. He then topped himself by making time for my job within a week and getting everything finished in one day instead of two. The workers & he were prompt, clean, did everything they promised in a very short time. Since installation, the drainage solution has worked very well. Nothing but praise.

On May 14, I went to Angie's List to see who had an A rating for cleaning gutters. It had been raining for days and I noticed on the back side of my house that a large amount of water was not reaching the downspout. It was apparent that the guttering was not clear for the water to flow. I Was impressed with the number of people who had written great reviews on Precise Home Specialties for this kind of work. I went to their website and sent an email around 6:30 a.m. explaining my problem and my request for someone to contact me. Within a very short time of sending my email I received a call from the owner, Johnathan. He explained that he was working on a big job and it would be later in the week before he could get to me. That was certainly understandable considering all the rain that had been falling for days. But within an hour or so he called back and said he would be able to work me in after all that same day. He came out with one of his workers and they cleaned my gutters which took care of the problem...and for less than what the estimate was that he gave me over the phone. He also took the time to discuss some other water related concerns I had and gave me an estimate to correct these issues. Jonathan was very professional, personable and the quality of his work was excellent. I plan to hire him in the Fall to have him do some additional work.

I had used Precise Home Specialties on a couple of other projects (Painting, Gutter Replacement), so I knew they would do a good job. I contacted Johnathan (Owner) to receive a bid for gutter clean out. My gutters hadn't been cleaned since I moved into the house several years ago and probably long before that. Johnathan calculated the gutter footage and gave me a bid. I told him that sounded good and he said he'd get back with me within a couple weeks to do the job. About 3 days later, he dropped by with one of his workers and asked if it was ok to go ahead and do the job early. His worker spent about 3 hours washing out the gutters. They work great now - and thankfully it was just before our latest round of rain. I wouldn't hesitate to give Johnathan a call if you need any of the services his company provides.

I contacted Jonathan during the busy rainy season to clean my gutters. He told me it would be towards the end of the week before he could get to me & gave me an estimate over the phone. He stayed in contact during the week and when he arrived he was professional & completed the job quickly and the estimate was close to the total. Did a great job, will use him again next year, also spoke to him about doing some landscaping this fall.

This is an excellent provider. They were extremely responsive and came over the next day to give us a bid to clean our gutters and roof. They came over, were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They cleaned up all debris and we will definitely use this company again!

My husband and I hired Precise Home Specialties to make our home beautiful again. We were not disappointed. Our particular job included painting all the exterior wood on our brick home, also, painting the gutters, replacing and rebuilding the damaged wood surrounding our chimney, replacing a damaged piece of gutter, and cleaning and flushing our gutters. The job was completed in three days. When the work was completed, everything was cleaned up. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. It was apparent that our satisfaction was important. We paid a higher price for quality, and we received quality workmanship. Because of all of the positive factors. we would rehire Precise Home Specialties.

They are very responsive. I have a large home and lots of trees and gutters. They arrived on time and cleaned and even did minor repairs on the gutters. Excellent service!

Johnathan did a great job. Price was competitive and stayed true to initial estimate. Was able to perform and complete the same day promised. Would use him again in the future and recommend to neighbors and family. Plus he was just a nice guy to get information from.

It was a small job but we were still impressed with the service and speed with which the job was completed, especially considering the sheer amount of rainy days this month. Jonathan came by after to check on the job afterward.

They did a good job as always. They always do a good job. They're a little bit expensive. It was fine. He was working in the area a long time ago and he did something for us but the second time was through Angie's List. They're very professional. They always have a really clean work environment and they were done very quickly. They've done it quickly and left the work site clean.

Johnathan came out the same day that I called for an appointment. Unlike the other gutter cleaning companies that I called, he did not try to oversell me. He gave me a very fair price and completed the work a few days after our initial meeting.

Called and left message. Jonathan called back the same day and we set an appointment to discuss my needs. Jonathan showed up at appointed time and we discussed what I was looking for. I needed some trim replaced and we agreed on what was to be replaced. We discussed the trim painting and I requested the trim to be painted on the face and both sides. We discussed the painting of the guttering and he recommended a special paint that last much longer than regular paint. I agreed to this and Jonathan said he would get me a written quote by email very shortly. The next day I received the email quote. It had information that was incorrect. I contacted Jonathan and he apologized and explained he had mixed up houses. He sent me a corrected quote with the proper information. We then discussed if he had workers comp insurance for his workers. He explained that his workers were contractors and not employees. He indicated he would provide signed documents by everyone stating that they would be individually responsible for any accidents. I also asked if he had liability insurance should a neighbor's property get over-spray or something similar. He said he didn't have insurance and didn't see the need for it. We set a date for the project to begin and his workers arrived on-time on date agreed. No signed documents were provided and no reason was given. Part of the work to be done was to replace trim board from the eve. The workers removed the old trim and stacked it in the middle of the yard with many nails sticking out. I assumed someone would haul off the the trash that day. It remained the following day. I asked one of the workers about the trash and he indicated that Jonathan would pick it up. The third day it was removed. The trash was adjacent to sidewalk where school children walk. I was concerned, so on the first day I went out an turned over the boards with nails sticking out, just in case some children might get curious. The repairs and painting went as scheduled and was completed as agreed. Did find a small missed item and Jonathan had his workers come and take care of it. I asked for any remaining paint to be left for me which was done. The work was completed as agreed. The price wasn't the lowest quote I received. I made my decision on the reviews and ratings I read here.

Jonathan was quick to get out and give me the bid. He was ahead of schedule for providing the service, but called in advance to get the OK. The job was done totally to my satisfaction. Having cleaned gutters in the past, I know it can leave a big mess, but there was no trace of the process left behind; everything was as clean as before he began. We are planning to use other services from this firm in the future.

To my pleasant surprise, they told me they didn't believe I needed a french drain. They explained to me that my foundation wasn't in any danger from water that was near a neighbors retaining wall, but far enough away from my foundation. He stated that the money I would spend on installing the drain wouldn't be something he would spend money on personally. I had one other company come and give me a quote, and they didn't bother to tell me this, they were just willing to take my money, while Precise Home Specialties was actually honest with me and saved me some money, even if it cost them a job. I will certainly use them again in the future for any projects I may need. It is rare you find someone honest enough to tell you the truth, even when it might cost them money. This is a good company.

Very smoothly. Work was actually performed a week earlier than originally planned, and just ahead of a major rain. As far as I can tell now the problem has been solved.

Went really well. I will hire them forfuture jobs.
