Description of Work: The serviceman was on time and cleared the kitchen drain. The office personnel had even been kind enough to send me a photo prior to the appointment. In the future, however, I would choose a company located closer to my home. The process seemed to take longer than necessary, and the serviceman was very talkative. (which isn't always a negative, unless you're in a hurry)

Description of Work: The service man who came today (sorry I forget names) was very polite, well mannered and very knowledgeable. As soon as he arrived, introduced himself, he started working on our fireplace. When he was finished we sincerely thanked him for doing a wonderful job.
