Description of Work: No service was performed because Air Solutions would not honor the Angie's List ad for REPLACING the outdoor faucet. I only paid Angie's List. Since the disappointment of not getting what was advertised, I've emailed Angie's List twice for a refund of the $49 you charged and no one even replied. I'm wary of ever using Angie's List again because you haven't honored your word.

Description of Work: False advertising that they would replace an existing outside faucet with a new faucet. After they took my existing faucet apart, they advised that their replacement faucet is not frost-free. That exclusion was not mentioned anywhere in their deal details. As a result of messing with my existing faucet, they caused it to have a permanent drip. Serviceman could not get it to stop dripping. Promised to order a part to fix it and return the following week. Two weeks later, no word from them so I called. They came out and tried to fix the leak. The part they needed was not available. So, I don't know if it is really fixed or not.

Description of Work: I have used this provider before and have had no complaints. When I signed up to have my gas log inspected, I had no misgivings. It's not that they did anything wrong, but $99 for less than 30 minutes of work is not a good deal. For the money, I expected that, for that amount, they would do more.
