I was not there when the work was done, but as far as I know, everything turned out fine. My experience with them was satisfactory.

Office provided a courtesy reminder call the day prior to appointment. Not only were they on time but they were ahead of schedule and called and came out earlier. (When does that ever happen?) Was courtious and professional and informative. Even told me about the OG&E rebate program and provided me with the paperwork to mail in. Greg was the name of the technician and he treated me like a valued customer. Would most definitely use/call on again. Thinking about doing the annual service plan he told me about!

Everything went well. They were good to work with.

A few weeks after they came out my air conditioner actually stopped working. I called someone else to fix it. The price was good because I got a deal. I probably wouldn't use them again.

As stated above, everything went well, and I was satisfied with the service. The service guy was friendly and outgoing. Only issue was the 150 bucks for the coil cleaning that I felt was a bit overpriced. I would probably use the service again if I need any ac/heat services.

This is the second time that I have used Air Solutions and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They confirmed their appointment time with me the day prior and contacted me the day of to let me know they were on schedule and would arrive on time. The service tech arrived and immediately went to work checking out the A/C unit. He checked the inside part of the unit and replaced the filter then went out-side and checked and cleaned the outside unit. He checked all the vents to make sure that they were all receiving the correct amount of air-flow. I will definitely use them again. Great job from a great team!!

They were the most respectful company. Always took their shoes off. They always worked with me if repairs were needed. They were always punctual and the staff was wonderful. I never had a bad experience with anyone there. They always kept me on track with maintenance. I bought my unit from them and they were so helpful in getting the best unit for the price.

Initially they did not respond right away but I knew it was the busy time of the year and this was an Angie's List Big Deal. I did receive a call from them and it turned out they had to follow up on calls that had not been returned by an employee that was no longer with them. The woman I spoke with was extremely friendly and apologetic and they fit me in their schedule right away. The technician showed up on time and was very professional. There were no surprise costs. I would definitely use them again.

At the time of the ac service these parts were replaced. I checked online to make sure the charges were acceptable for the repairs and found that they were right on target. The company called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time. Was very pleased with the work and professionalism. The unit stopped working 1 month after the new parts were placed on the unit. Unfortunately it was 110 degrees out when this happened.. Luckily once I contacted the company they came back out late that afternoon and replaced one of the parts they had just installed. Evidently it was a faulty part. There was no charge for the new part or service call- as I would have expected. I was pleased that they were able to return the same day to replace the faulty part.

I have no complaints. Everything went as requested and expected.

Decided to get the a/c serviced for the year as it didn't seem to be cooling quite as well as it use to. Called Monday morning and purchased the $44.00 tune up special. Made appt. for Wed. Left to run errands and when I got back that afternoon, the a/c just wasn't working right at all, so called them back to see if I could get them to come out sooner. The woman who originally scheduled me was very understanding and rescheduled me for Tuesday morning. The tech arrived on time, checked it out and said that my capacitor was shot and that it needed replaced. Also suggested replacing the contactor as it was arching and would probably fail soon. I chose to replace both since they were already there and had the parts on their truck. Unit wasn't working right and would have had to wait 2 days before husband got back to put the parts in ourselves. My only complaint if I have one would be the price of the replacement parts. I gave them a "C" on price, as after checking around they're average to high as to what others would charge for parts. Parts mark-up in general for a/c companies is ridiculous. Grainger sells the capacitors/contactors in the range of + / - $40.00 a piece and Air Solutions charged $167.00 ea. part. taking very little time to replace them. This totaled $334.00 on top of the $44.00 for the tune up for a total of $378.00. Granted they will come out an repair it in a year should it go out if it fails, but odds are it won't so why such a high mark up on the parts? It appears to me that they are building the "return call" into every parts price even if they don't fail, plus more. Had their prices for the parts been more reasonable I would have given them an "A". Anyway, they were very nice and professional and did their best to accomodate my schedule, and my a/c is working again. I would hope that maybe they might want to consider lowering their mark up on the parts, but other than that they were great!

I bought a deal and I paid $88 for preventive maintenance service on our air conditioners. They were on time and he pointed out some things that could be trouble for me later. He checked everything for me. He cleaned the filters and things like that.

There were no issues. It wasn't too expensive, just the cost of the freon, and a relatively cheap house call. I think they came out pretty quick. My air conditioner had just stopped working, it was blowing out hot air, and I contacted them. They turned it around pretty quickly. I was really pleased with their timeliness. It was good, but, I don't know if I will remember it for the rest of my life, but, I was pleased. The price wasn't a painful memory. I was satisfied with the quality. They turned it around pretty fast for me. They were very professional. I was very satisfied. I would use them again in the future. I would recommend them to friends and family. I do a little bit of acting on the side and I was engaged by another company to help with a commercial, that's how I knew about them. I did a commercial for them, they engaged somebody else to create a commercial, and I got tasked as somebody else involved in that commercial. I don't know what kind of association that gives me, but, that's how I found out about them, and I chose them because I heard about them from that. A week later, my air conditioning stopped working. I remembered that company from having done this and I called them. I was truly pleased with the work performed and was glad I did the commercial. It was a local commercial I was in.

There was a deal on Angie's List for a $44 tune up. They did a good job as far as I know, I haven't used the AC much yet. He was up there and cleaned it up and pointed out some issues that might come up in the future. He let me know something that were getting wear and tear and what to be aware of. He went over what he did and the work he performed. The guy was very professional and helpful.

The overall experience was excellent. The quality of work was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and punctual.

I had originally contacted Air Solutions as they were one of the approved PSO contractors and I was interested in how the rebate program worked. (It didn't hurt that they had good reviews on Angie's List!) The salesman, formally a technician, came December 29th did a brief survey and explained in detail how to qualify for the PSO rebates. He also indicated that the PSO rules were going to change effective Jan 1 so to get the highest rebates I should act quickly. He really didn't pressure me into anything but explained the benefits derived from each part of the estimate. Air Solutions was able to get Pro Energy Consultants in the very next day to do the audit so there would be a baseline for the energy rebate program. The next week they came and took out my attic fan as desired, removed the old ductwork and installed all new items. The installer and helpers were respectful of my home putting down plastic to prevent damage to flooring and cleaned up each afternoon. I found it easier to just move out as it took a total of 10 days before they were completely done. Luckily I had that option and the home improvement loan to pay for it. Although the total invoice for goods and services was $19,063, Air Solutions only required a payment of $16,063 as they felt so confident that PSO would give me at least $3000 in rebates. The results of the second audit indicated that I should see about a 67% decrease in energy expenditures. That sure sounded good. I was very pleased that the installer and the salesman kept in good communication with me explaining what was going on and making changes for the better in the long run and with no additional costs. They even were nice enough to let me know that I had a pipe leaking in the crawl space so I'd better get that taken care of. I had a new duct installed in my bathroom and the installer gave me options for where it could be placed. It was nice that he didn't just dictate where it would go. He apologized profusely for the dust that went everywhere in the bathroom. So overall, I have been very pleased with their work. My house is warmer, quieter (blower motor is quiet!) and my savings in energy will pay off the expenses. I haven't yet heard the final ruling from PSO about my rebates, but the delay was expected and forewarned to me by Air Solutions. Also included in my package is 3 years of checkups on my systems in the spring and the fall. at no additional charge.

Everything was great. Originally when I contacted Air Solutions Heating & Cooling Inc. they informed me that they did not service my area but they would put me on a list and if they got enough interest they would contact me and still offer the service at the "Big Deal" rate. I was called back within a half a day to say that they had a serviceman going out close to my area the next day and they could provide me service if I was available. I scheduled for the next day. Serviceman called about 45 minutes before appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time and went to work immediately. It was a great experience and I would definitely use them again.

They are quick and always on time. The employees are very professional, and very knowledgeable.

They arrived on the day and time scheduled. Since the system closet was upstairs, they had to come inside and go through areas with hard wood floors and carpet. They were very careful to always either cover or remove their shoes when coming in the house. Also, they took the old system out and hauled it off and were careful to not damage any of the walls when coming down the stairs. The installation was done very efficiently and the system works great.

The experience was great. They seemed to be really efficient, take the time and do it right. I had the yearly plan of theirs for spring and fall. If I were to recommend them to someone, I would ask them to stay with Air Solutions. They were very professional. I would use their services again in the future.

That was the first time I had used them. They really wanted me to replace my whole unit, they acted like it was on the edge of falling apart but then it worked fine all summer. I wasn't pleased with the pressure I got on that. Then I realized I have an older unit and eventually it would go. I also had someone else come out and give me a look see on it and it is true it has normal wear and tear, but nothing on the brink of disaster.
