They were very well mannered, very polite, and we'll do it again. They were courteous and listened and also didn't try to push services we didn't need. I've had people who tried to rip me off and who have walked in with dirty shoes, but all around this guy did really good. He was actually quite quick and I didn't have to wait long at all. He was also right on time just like he said he would be.

They showed me some potential future problems, but didn't pressure me to spend money that day.

Technician arrived when he said he would. He was thorough and professional -- even gave us suggestions on how we could save money on our utilities.

They thoroughly checked both units, diagnosed, and fixed the leaking unit (a minor repair). When it came time to settle the bill they waived the repair cost if we signed up for the annual maintenance plan and gave us a credit for what was already paid through Angie's List so we ended up saving some money in the end. Overall we were satisfied with the work.

A energy assessment was part of the package purchased from Angie's List and when I mentioned the technician did not respond or preform.

The tech showed up when scheduled. He seemed very knowledgeable. He recommended replacing the unit in the basement due to rust. I got a second opinion from another company. They said I had a lifetime warranty and should wait. He only cleaned one unit because he said he forgot his ladder and couldn't get to the one in the attic. When I called to schedule the cleaning of the second unit, they told me the first available date with in two weeks. I took the appointment because I had already paid through Angie's List. They called with a cancellation and were able to get a tech the next day (11/30). I was happy with the second tech.

I purchased an A/C cleaning, inspection and energy audit from Air Solutions through an Angies List "Big Deal". It was approximately one month from the time I called them until my appointment took place. The technician was on time, actually early, and performed the cleaning and inspection quickly, perhaps 20-30 minutes. However, when giving me the results he told me the unit had a "failing capacitor" which should be replaced as it could go out completely at any time. When I asked for an estimate, he told me $176. This seemed high, but as he already had the unit disassembled and the weather had been extremely hot, I told him to go ahead, assuming there was quite a bit of labor involved. As it turned out, he had the capacitor replaced and the unit reassembled in less than ten minutes! When I asked for a justification of the cost in view of the minimal time it took, the tech said it was "flat rated", it didn't matter how long it took. I also noted the brand and model number of the part and in checking later found out it costs only about $30 retail online. Then the tech went to leave and so I asked about the "energy audit". He said that was actually an extra cost service that needed to to be scheduled separately, and would take at least a half day and cost several hundred dollars per unit. I was quite unhappy about this, and to his credit, he agreed to take a few minutes to do a basic walkthrough inspection of the home and suggest where energy conservation improvements could be made, some of which proved to be useful. This is the only reason I didn't give them an overall grade of "F". I feel I was "taken" on this deal and would not do business with them again.

They were great; very responsive and professional. They helped us work through various scenarios and were very patient with us. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I had ordered a A/C tune-up and free energy survey in May. I became ill with a lengthy illness and could not have them out until November 2012, the company was kind enough to change the request to check out my Heater instead. He checked my system and recommended that I get better filters and maybe duct cleaning. He found much dust. He also provided an ONG rebate form that I could fill out. I was very impressed with his work. He also found a defective part which I had replaced.

We have our furnace and air conditioner serviced every year, and by a different company every year too it seems. We generally look for the best deal on service and get the deal. This is our first year with Angie's List, so when I saw the deal with Air Comfort Solutions, I jumped at it. I was impressed from the start; they called me to schedule the appointment and asked what size our filters were. The serviceman was very knowledgable and professional throughout the entire process. He gave us suggestions on efficiency and safety and even provided everythig we needed to get a $30 rebate from ONG, which left the total cost of the call at $20. I could barely replace the filters for that. I asked about their annual maintenance plan, which if purchased for multiple years works out to a very good deal. Besides, we won't have keep searchig for the best deal anymore, we already have it setup on a low-cost monthly payment plan.

I paid for this service by purchasing a "Big Deal" from Angie's List for $49.50. The checkup qualified me for a $30.00 rebate from ONG and the technician provided all the paperwork for me to mail in for the rebate. The service checkup also included a new air filter. So, with the $30.00 rebate (which I received in about 10 days from ONG) and the new air filter, my total cost was about $10.00. The technician was very professional and I would definitely use the services of this company again.

The service they provided was excellent. They were professional, punctual, efficient, and courteous. I have also signed up for a annual maintenance which was a very good deal. I will continue to use them and would highly recommend there services to others.

The workman from Air Solutions Heating & Cooling arrived exactly on schedule. He gave my central air conditioning system a spring check up and replaced the filters. At no time did he attempt to sell any extra parts or services. I was completely satisfied and will use Air Solutions again.

I purchased a special discount a/c checkup thru Angie's List. Air Solutions was very accommodating on setting a convenient time for me for the checkup. Upon inspection, the serviceman found that my system was leaking freon, had a crimped copper line and was only running around 40%. Since the system was over 20 yrs old, we elected to not have any repairs done at that time, but to get a couple different estimates for a new system. We chose to have Air Solutions install the new system - we were impressed with the presentation, the professionalism of everyone we had made contact with from the very beginning & the warranty on the new system. They had to run new copper line, added a new pad for the a/c unit, moved the furnace location over a bit so it would not be directly in front of the return air and rerouted the condensation line so we would not have to high step over it. We are extremely happy with the work done as well as the system installed. It is SO quiet, we have to stand under the air vents to check to see that it is actually on! Would highly recommend Air Solutions for any a/c or heater service.

The representative was very friendly, punctual, and professional. He went through tips on how to be efficient, checked the coolant levels, checked the attic units, checked the return air vents/filters. Found we were clogged with debris on both external units and fixed that issue, then adjusted our level of coolant. He retested the measurements of temperature difference, also. Our units have been working wonderfully and we've noticed a change in our energy bill already. Very thorough service & we're very happy customers.

He was originally working on my AC as a Spring tune up and he indicated several other items he felt needed to be done to the AC to ensure that it would continue to operate to my satisfaction. Thus, the $433.00 spent. However, as I reported on my previous evaluation, mid-summer, I had to have another AC person out due to my AC not working properly, and they found that the AC was quite low on Freon, and installed the necessary amount in the AC so it would work through the very hot/dry summer.Needless to say, I WAS NOT HAPPY with that, as I thought the Air Solutions Tech had made all necessary repairs before summer came. Anyway, the Owner/Manager of Air Solutions called me as he must watch the Angie's List evaluations closely, and he apologized to me for the poor service from his Tech. He indicated the Tech no longer worked for him, and that he was in the process of refunding me ALL I paid for the repairs and service I had done, as he wanted my business in the future! I just received the check and needless to say, I am VERY impressed that he stands behind his service as he does. I will definitely give Air Solutions another opportunity to service my Heating and AC, and have scheduled a Fall Furnace check with Air Solutions. The Owner/Manager indicated he himself would be out to do the work!
