Arrived on time and professional all service described very professional.

They did a top knotch job. They were the only sp with straight A grades, and I can see why. Josh really knew his stuff and couldn't have been more professional about it.

The installation went great. The install was very professional and clean. The systems perform perfectly.

The work was performed as and when promised. It was a bit pricey but when its hot and the a/c is out, it was worth it.

Everything went very well. The initail service call was &59.00 through Angie's list. I made the other purchases after being well informed of why it would be a smart move on my part to purchase. And I also, signed on for monthly service plan. I had the service plan when I lived in Kansas and it worked out very well cost wise. Mike Silver, the service technician, is professional, but also, friendly and easy to understand. I recommend Air Solutions heating & cooling.

Technician was able to come earlier than scheduled, and the office called ahead to make sure it was okay. Then, technician also phoned when he was in route. Performed maintenance on A/C equipment inside and out. Pointed out problem with capacitor, and I decided to go ahead and have it replaced before hot weather.

They were prompt, professional and did a good job. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and answered my questions. They are a good company and seem to be very fair.

I purchased a furnace tune-up from the "deals". The tech, Greg, was professional. He pointed out some flaws in the original install of my furnace and priced some coil work for me. I'll be using them again.

Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly and everything was explained clearly.

Met with Josh first. Unlike most A/C people I met with, he didn't just go out and look at the units I had, and decide to replace with same sized ones. He measured my house, and figured the cubic square footage, didn't try to sell me a higher Seer Unit that would have been overkill for my needs, and also told me about the PSO program that was going on, and how they would help pay for energy upgrades for me. The gentlemen who installed the new units were very clean, hard working, and easy to work with...it went very smoothly, and had no problems with working with them. They took 2 days to replace two units, and replace everything, taking the old units with them. I am very happy with my decision to work with them, and they also helped me to see where I can make more energy changes in my house in order to save money.

Great, at first he didn't seem to friendly but he went into the attic and we let him do what he needed to. Then when he was done he came down and gave us a paper and told us everything looked great ( we have had our furnace for 9 yr) We had told him before he went up that our furnace randomly shut off even when it wasn't suppose to that we knew it was probably something small but asked if he could explain what it was to us. He was nice and explained to us that it was the pressure switch and it was easy to fix and told us where we could go to get it ;-) which I thought was very kind of him... My husband went and got it that day switched it out and WALAH it runs good as new!

Great! He was thorough and quick. He gave us a rebate form from the gas company since we were having the inspection done.

The srviceman was consciencious and thorough and also pointed out things I should be on the look out for to prevent/minimize problems in the future. It was a very good experience. I would use them again.

They transferred it to a winter one to check my heater, which I really appreciated because I was out of the country a lot for this fall and I wasn't there using my system. They were very efficient, pleasant to deal with, very thorough and I'm glad I had them check it. They were pleasant, friendly, kind, very nice to talk to and went right about their business.

Inspected AC, and was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Service tech called and said he could come earlier than scheduled which was fine. Service was done on the air conditioner efficiently and the tech was friendly and helpful.

I had two servicemen (Mike and Mike) show up at my house right on time. They were extremely friendly and courteous. I had a coupon for a $49 furnace tune-up. This is my first house and I know nothing about heating and cooling. I mentioned that there had been a leak around the furnace (it would occasionally soak the entire carpet), but that I hadn't been able to determine its origin. I doubted it was the furnace, but asked if they could double-check. Not only did they tune-up my furnace and answer all my questions, they searched for the source of this leak even though it was determined not to be the furnace. One technician even climbed into a crawl space under the house and was able to pinpoint where it might be originating! I also suspected the duct work in my home had issues, and they confirmed this and explained exactly what was wrong and how it might be fixed. I was really impressed with their knowledge and their willingness to explain the what, why, and how of everything. They also discovered that my return air duct wasn't sealed and was was sucking in dirt from the crawl space. They went ahead and sealed this up (an extra $59). The whole call took about 2 hours. I have never had such a good experience with a company and will definitely be using them in the future for my heating and cooling needs!

I was please with the inspection, but I have an issue with scheduling the appointment after purchasing the coupon from Angie's List. I had to call three times to try and schedule the appointment and was told they they had attempted to try and call to setup the appointment, but I had no missed calls or voice mails from them. On my third attempt I was going to tell them either schedule it now, or refund my payment. Luckily, everything was resolved and I now know can schedule another heating and air specialist for a second opinion. One kudo I would like to give to the service tech was they he removed his shoes when walking into the house. Not many service company employees care to respect other peoples homes in this manner. =)

I have used them before. I am now on contract with them. They thoroughly check out the system in a way I haven't seen others do. They weren't in a hurry and patiently explained things to me.

The only problem in the experience was with the completed estimate and some of the dialouge with the salesman. Four days after installation we received an offer from Air Solutions welcoming us as new customers with an offer for a free furnace with the install of a new system. This offer left us quite perplexed and a bit disenchanted with respect to the comments made by the salesman Josh regarding such offers as this one. During the second meeting with Josh, he stated Air Solutions unlike other companies does send out offers for a free furnance just to upsale the customer with other options. We thought it somewhat disingenuous once reading the offer as new customers. It seemed as though the company marketing department did not audit the order that we had just completed. This error has left us with some pretty serious reservations with respect to future dealings wit the service agreement we have with Air Solutions. This note will be updated as the service promised is completed. 01/08/2013 -- Received voicemail from owner Kieth Hilligoss on Friday & returned his call today. During our discussion of our review on Angies List, Kieth was very considerate and truly concerned with any negative experience we had. Kieth explained that the furnace installed in our home was a Carrier 80% furnace. He stated that his experience with these units are they are very efficient and well built. As far as the letter we received with the offer for a free furnace the mail list had been sent to the printer prior to the time we purchased our unit. Kieth has assured us that his company will stand by the unit installed and the maintenance agreement. At this point we are very pleased with the unit we purchased as it has been keeping our home very comfortable even with the cold temperatures outside and we love the programmable thermostat.

They couldn't fit us in for two months which put us in the middle of August in the hottest summer in years. In the meantime, we had someone come out and replace the entire unit. When they finally did come out, they replaced the filters. It is a waste of time to wait on these folks.
